Dr Ryan and staff went above and beyond for me. I was unhappy with a different Gentle Dental Doctor at a different location and was going to back out of a very expensive procedure because of my nerves and anxiety. Dr Ryan and his very sweet staff provided me with the kindness and ease I needed to move forward. After having completed the procedure with Dr Ryan and his staff, I have found our family Dentist! Not only do I have a big beautiful white smile for the first time in my life but I have found my dental peace of mind and that my friend is priceless!

I’ve always been treated nicely by everyone at this office. The dental technicians have always been very competent and courteous. The dentists have always been very friendly and take my comfort in to consideration all the time. I have been using this office for years and wouldn’t change.

I have had bad teeth for 4 yrs and i was so nervous to go the team at the sandy location are amazing i felt at ease they made sure i had my dentures in time for my trip ! And im forever greatful to them Thanks guys !!!

Gentle Dental in Sandy did a great job I like Dr Ryan and staff very professional and it was fun I like that, when I was going through the process That if anything changed in pricing they would let me know I like also I would Recommend Gentle Dental.

Dr. Ryan and the staff were kind and very professional. They listened to my concerns and made me feel well taken care of. Dr. Ryan especially was very personable and talked me through everything. I would highly recommend this Gentle Dental.

I have been going to Dental since they first came to Sandy. I have always had great communication with staff. There level of care is excellent and they office is very clean. I am moving out of state next month and will miss the quality of care that I have received..Thank you to all the staff!

They are terrible at communicating. They start numbing to extract without talking about their plan and or cost I called because I was running late and they said that would be fine but when I got here, I was told I had to reschedule Because I was having 4 teeth worked on and they only scheduled me for an hour. I told them I couldn't even do all 4 today so why would I not be able to be seen. Needless to say they are rude and have terrible communicating skills. I recommend avoiding "not so gentle dental" giong elsewhere.

When you first walk in you are greeted with warmth and kindness. The entire staff is very friendly. It's so reassuring when you're at a dentist office. When you leave there's always look forward to seeing you again, take care! The Best team of people!!

I love the friendliness and kindness I received from everyone i encountered here, from the ladies at the front desk to my dentist and the dental assistant. I'm actually looking forward to going back!

Never going back to this place. The staff was super rude and unprofessional. Traci Saito was the orthodontist we saw. She did not give a thorough exam, and proceeded to walk away from us mid conversation. Apparently she was done. This is the second time we had this experience there. Figured we would give her her the benefit of the doubt. Nope.

The office personnel are extremely rude and will talk over you. I will never take my children back. It is to bad, I had been taking my children there for 10 years. Other than the office personnel the dentist and hygienist are great.

Always kind and caring very nice people never a disappointment. Actually enjoy my teeth cleaning believe it or not. When you find someone good never leave them. A+++

WOW Got in 1-hour after calling for an emergency. Fixed up super nice, super crew!

I had a really unfortunate experience there compared to what everyone else seems to have had based on the reviews that I read.

Everyone at this location is wonderful! Ryan, Kenny, the two Megan's have all been a huge help correcting quite a few issues I had after not visiting the dentist for far too long. Everytime you enter you are greeted with a smile. They have done top notch work and always happy to explain all that they are doing or about to do. I have not had the best experience with other dentist offices even including other Gentle Dentals, but this one is great. I highly recommend anyone in the Sandy area to go here. Thank you!

Beware! They will screw up and hurt you. Then they will charge you for work that they initially said would NOT be charged. All because THEY screwd up. FINE ANOTHER DENTIST.

Gentle Dental has been providing me a pleasant service for my dental health. From cleaning, filling, root canal and crown. Dentist and specialist and assistants and front desk personnel has given me a friendly, professional service. I went to Sandy, Gresham and West Linn all in Oregon. Will keep coming for future Dental need.

I am so glad I found this staff in Sandy, Oregon. As a post cancer survivor I needed special considerations for treatment and they took the challenge and made me feel better about my outcome. If you are a patient feel good about this staff here
