Wow my dentist gal was amazing. I didn't write her name down but my teeth cleaning service was more than 5 stars. Easy, fast no pain and I've never been to the dentist without feeling kind of stressed. Here I felt no stress, no worrys and my dentist gal even showed me how to floss correctly, like literally my whole life I've been doing it wrong and I'm not ashamed to say it. Clean, friendly, fast and easy. Thank you,!

I needed some emergency dental extractions done and was super nervous because of having a few bad dental experiences in the past. These ladies are awesome. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Nice, friendly, funny, caring, attentive. 10 out of 10. Worth the drive. Will recommend.

This place does not care at all about your dental health. They wil cancel and reschedule appointments with no regard to your dental health. New receptionist is not nice at all either.

Worst front desk lady. She's very rude and non willing to work with you on times and dates. And doesn't want to ask or leave any questions to the doctor you just have to schedule another appointment ... my girlfriend had to have a tooth removed and didn't have insurance. The doctor told us to call and schedule an emergency removal and that they would work with us on getting us in because it's an emergency.... the lady at the front refused to help us get in a reasonable time, she scheduled us out 3 months, and was completely rude to the fact we didn't have insurance cause we couldn't afford or qualify for any... I'm astounded by how mean and non caring people are now a days even in the fields your expect to walk in and see a happy smile.

I have to say I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how Advantage Dental treated me They are extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. I went there because of my insurance assigned me to them and I must say it was an awesome pairing. I went to have new dentures made. My old ones never fit, they never closed, they kept falling down( impossible to eat with). All that was done with only three appointments and one of those was to pull my teeth. Advantage was very through. They explained every step they were taking, what was happening next and in general kept me very informed. My new teeth are beautiful and I can now smile without worrying about what my teeth were going to do! Way to go ladies and I’ll definitely refer every I know to come see you! Again thanks for making me feel so much more confident!

Hailey was AMAZING with my four year old. Scheduling can be a mess at times (okay most of the time) but the hygienists and dentists are always wonderful and it truly makes up for it.

I want to say that there is usually nothing super exciting about 3 trips to the dentist in a short period of time but the ladies at advantage dental in Sisters, OR are absolutely amazing!!! Wow they have patiently and gently done miracle work on my teeth and i could not be more satisfied!! Thanks so much to the wonderful Dr. Traynor, Jordyn and Hailey👏👌👍

Dr. Traynor is amazing. Knows her stuff, kind, diligent at solving issues, honest, etc.. Advantage dental is a disaster in so many other ways but I have a feeling this is due to underfunding thanks to regressive politics.

I love that this Is a clinic comprised of women. I've never met a female dentist before this. They're knowledgeable and do good work. BUT! The receptionist is rude, never at the desk, and never returns phone calls. I've left 2 messages and called at least six times in the last week as my son has a a filling fall out while flossing. I still haven't heard back.

I have driven to this clinic twice from Redmond, and my appointment has been cancelled with no notification. I do not recommend.

I moved to Sisters, Oregon from another state. At my first visit to this office they did a set of full mouth x-rays. My previous dentist always checked my benefits before performing any work. They did not call Metlife Dental nor did they ask me when I last had x-rays. I am now stuck with rhe $91.00 bill. I called the office and the office manager offered nothing more than it's my responsibility. No explanation as to why they did not check my benefit or ask me when I had my last set of x-rays. Metlife said it is pretty much industry standard to cover these every 5 years. They are in the business and most likely know this. In addition they have old equipment and hurt ne when doing the x-rays. I will not go back and cannot recommend this office.

Wow! I had a filling done by Dr. Traynor and it was tremendous! The entire office is great! I also didn’t have to wait long! Go here for your dental care!

Here we go again with cancelled appointments, extremely rude receptionists and no return phone calls. Beside the receptionist implying that I was lying about leaving messages, ( i was trying to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled without an explanation, and left two messages), On top of that- this latest receptionist claims there’s no manager, and that i was rude for asking her to” please listen to me”, after she tried to reschedule me again, on the day of my appointment to have a filling replaced. I’ve had enough of your abuse Advantage Dental. Anything you say or do now is too little too late. You hire horrible receptionists and your customer service is just as bad.

Dr. Traynor and her staff are kind, caring and very knowledgeable professionals. They did excellent work for me! I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Advantage in Sisters for several years. The quality of care is not bad, but what I don’t like is the constant rotation of dentists (3rd dentist in about 6 years) so there is no continuity of care. Also, every six months when I go for a cleaning, there is a different receptionist. So, you never feel like you are “known” there.

Very disappointed with the office support staff. New to area and wished to Dr Hicks, but never got to meet with her. If you are a new patient be prepared for a comedy of errors and incompetence. Also prepare for a ream of paperwork that could have been mailed to you in advance. I had a great dentist in Bend, but wished to find someone local once my dentist left the practice. Yes, I have very good dental insurance and secondary insurance as well. Poor customer service!!!

The dentist was amazing, informative and very kind, I had all of my teeth pulled at once and even though it hurt my experience was a whole lot better than expected, I will be recommending advantage dental to everyone I know.
