Best experience at a dental clinic by far!!

The staff is very friendly and patient with the kids.

I was very impressed by Rendi at the front desk! She handled several patients that were difficult and she was consistently professional with each of them!!!

I would give zero Stars if I could. I have been dealing with extensive dental work and pain since I was 14. I am now 33 and I have had my fair share of dentist appointments with different dentist between Texas and Oregon. I have been made several appointments by this clinic and when I come into the clinic they claim that they don't know who I am or when my appointment is but that I definitely don't have one scheduled for that day even though I have an appointment card in hand. Reading through the reviews I see that this is a common problem which I think is ridiculous if you have office staff. Which they have two. They pulled two teeth on my right side and left me with a broken jaw. They did not send me to anyone else to fix my job and the person that they told me I needed to go to for further Dental Care is booked out 7 months. I have half of a tooth hanging in my head that was supposed to be pulled out but they couldn't do it and they also left me with my broken job I haven't been able to eat solid food and several months and I am in extreme pain. Every time I call and leave a message or call and speak to staff they either put me on hold or never return my calls. I am extremely upset! I am halfway through pulling teeth so that I can get a partial put in the top. This is something that is hard to transfer to another dentist. But I would rather go anywhere else than stay with these people. As they do not care about health of their patients at all!

Super nice and caring I have major dentist anxiety and they were amazing!

I had high anxiety when I started going to this office. Bad dental experiences had hesitant for sure. But the entire staff has been so great at walking me thru it and Making sure I'm ok I'm the process. The front desk ladies do their very best every time. Not once have I felt talked down to for my lack of routine brushing. I almost gave up on my teeth but they gave me hope in my dental health and my two front teeth again.

I wish I could say how wonderful it was. The hygenist was great and the younger girl doing the x rays was great. After that things went downhill quickly. After waiting for 3 months to get an appointment back in April, I showed up at my designated time to be told that I was not on the books. Turns out that they had to do some rescheduling and moved mine into May but neglected to call and tell me. Ok so stuff happens, I get it. When it came time for my appointment, I got there and the dentist came in and began to work. He only took care of part of the issue and informed me that he was out of time. I was then rescheduled for November. I got home and part of the tooth that they repaired chipped off and the dental work on the front of the tooth is now starting to peel off. I was told that the one tooth that they did not get to was good and strong and would last until November. That tooth has since broken off and I have a lot of nerve pain. I am so disappointed in the care that I did not receive and felt that they thought that it was ok to just shuffle me around and then do a sloppy job. Needless to say I am switching Dentists and will not recommend the Springfield Office of Advantage.

Being one of the only dental clinics in the area that accepts OHP means they’re always booked out months, usually 6+. This can be very frustrating and it’s why many people have a bad opinion of this clinic. BUT when I did get in for my exam they had a cancellation for a cleaning and they were able to get me in for that as well. It was a lovely experience, and I could tell the people who worked there really cared about the work they were doing. I’m very happy with my visit.

What a wonderful place! Regular cleanings and my yearly exam always go smoothly, and everyone is kind and patient with my sensitive mouth. At my last exam, Dr. Dmytruk firmly suggested that I have an old filling reenforced. Happily, I listened to his advice, and he and his compassionate dental assistant Evie quickly got it done! Making an appointment is hard with personal hearing loss. Sometimes the info gets convoluted.

Protect your health and do not go here. These scammers make appointments months or years into the future and will then cancel without letting you know. Stay away from this place at all costs. Find another dentist, move to another city, do whatever it takes and never walk through their doors.

Not a fan, unfortunately it is the only dental that is under OHP! My wife was put down for the 16th of june...even got the card to prove it and come to find out that the appointment had never been put in or it was deleted! I am not amused!

Kristie is an amazing hygienist! Over years of cleanings, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Kristie is very gentle yet extremely thorough. I love how knowledgeable she is by teaching me tips and tricks that makes it easy to put to use at home. I also loved being able to see how bright and white she made my teeth by removing years of coffee stains. She is by far the best. So happy she is my hygienist 😁🦷❤

Waited 5 months for an appointment, that morning of my appointment That I took off work for was cancelled, because a new dentist that only works on Fridays but wasnt available to see me cause he was out of town, guess that was only denist they had available 5 months in advance LoL was supposed to set me up with Clinic in Eugene but gonna be another few months before I get seen, disappointed ☹️

I called needing some urgent dental care but the person who answered the phone said there were no appointments for six months. When I explained my tooth situation she managed to get me one that was in 3 weeks instead, saving me from having to go out of pocket somewhere else. Good customer service from Susan, so a good review from me.

Waited 2 months for a dental appointment. Then you guys cancelled it and told me the next one would be in four months. I’m blown away by how much you suck and how horrible OHP insurance is.
