I needed to get my partial denture repaired for the second time in about a 3-year span. The repairs were done in just a few hours and afterwards I was given a large discount on the bill. Incredibly helpful.

Was told that I would have my wisdom teeth removed so I drove 300 miles round trip l arrived at my apartment on time and ready for the removal of my teeth. Several hours later they said that they didn't have a surgeon to do the removal. That I would have to come back, also they told me that I was going to have to pay 1200 out of pocket.

Had to get some dental work (deep cleaning) and wife needs her partials fixed. We called and made appointments and the lady we were dealing with said "we can't see you again due to your last review on us". And that is a quote. Be careful and don't say any negative anything on their reviews or you wont get any help or you might even have an ACCIDENT while thay are in your mouth. Just BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

My first review was positive but I need to edit. Fast forward one year later, in my experience, they over prescribe treatments to charge more. They seem more concerned with up selling and making money than your care. They also seem to not want to work with your insurance to try to get you to pay more out of pocket.

I had a very good (as good as you can at the dentist) visit at Aspen. I had a very, very anxiety causing visit early in life at the dentist, so I have a really hard time going. Add to that the condition of my teeth due to Reflux, I was very scared to see anyone but knew I needed to. They were kind, compassionate and caring to me. Now the work starts, the financial dept is really trying to work with me too (which is really great).

Amazing, kind, smart, funny, the list goes on. Randomly picked a new place and the atmosphere was so positive. The manager, dental assistants were so awesome. The Dr. Tran was the best I’ve ever seen. She educated me and was very gentle. Not a snooty vibe at all! Love them

Get a second opinion if you need a deep cleaning. They will tell you they discount antibiotics because they are in network with your insurance. The antibiotics are not a covered benefit and therefore the insurance does not require them to write off the cost. They will turn around and bill you an additional $1500 on top of the $3000 deep cleaning. Even 19 yr Olds are diagnosed with periodontal disease. If you have delta dental and get their comfy dentures, Aspen will keep about $1000 from you in open claims. I worked there for 6 years and the whole time Aspen was "in discussions " with delta to pay for the upgrade fee. They refused to close claims and refund patients. If you have Dental Health Services, Aspen will hold open claims for laser therapy and keep $150 per quadrant...up to 4, tied up in pending insurance claims. Read the fine print those "in network " discounts WILL be billed to you. IF YOU HAVE OHP GO TO ASPEN FOR A FREE EXAM...TELL THEM YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE. Sit thru their stupid exam. Hear their schpeal. Get you antibiotics and pain meds. Maybe a tooth pulled. $350. F that place! Love the assistants. Dr Collins is a sweetheart. Dr Hussain is a self proclaimed mean girl. DR Case is an amazing endodontist.

My husband went in for a chipped front tooth. They told him he needed $3500 worth of cleaning before they could fix his tooth. They put a temporary bond on his chipped tooth and an hour after we got home, the bonded tooth chip fell out. We canceled his cleaning appt and got a second opinion. Glad we did!

My goodness, best dentist I have ever been to. They know what they are doing and they treated me like a human. The dentist noticed the work that my aligners had done and completed the straightness of my teeth. The dental hygienist was amazing as well, as was the tech. They discussed in amazing detail what dental issues I had and what they would do to treat the problem. Over all 100/10 patient service. Can’t wait till my next appointment.
