Teeth cleaned and fluoride applied to teeth after cleaning. Both the dental hygienist and Dr.Vivian Lam were very professional and the exam,cleaning and fluoride application were done with ease.

Dr. Lam is wonderful! Her office provides great service for my family and I. I trust her and the team to always provide great patient care.

Tuesday I had (what I thought was) an emergency dental. They were able to fit me in that day at 9 am. The whole staff was wonderful- the receptionist was very helpful, welcoming, and helped me figure out my insurance so quickly. Then, Hannah one of the assistants was super sweet and made me feel at ease (the dentist can be scary) she’s very good at her job and very thorough. Dr. Kaur is amazing, she is very professional yet very sweet. She explained to me what was going on with my mouth in a way that was very easy to understand, and she of course took very good care of my teeth. It is important for me to have a dentist/office that is warm and welcoming, especially with my high anxiety and this was the right place for me. They also go over all of the costs before going ahead with any procedures which is great. I came in for swelled gums and after 2 days I’m already healing. I also came in for noticing blood after brushing my teeth and that has completely resolved as well. I will recommend this place to everyone! This clinic is so lucky to have such an amazing staff.

I went in to get information that my oncologist requested so I could have a cancer treatment. I repeatedly asked if all the procedures were being done were necessary to provide the information to the Oncologist. I do not feel most of the procedures were necessary. I have tried to contact the practice and my wife has called. They refuse to communicate. This tells me that I am correct and they added a lot of unnecessary procedures to pad the bill. We spoke. However, you did not fill in the simple form the Oncologist needed. You did not answer ANY of the questions NOR put the date of service. That makes the form useless to Oncologist. Yet, you feel it is okay to charge me almost $1,000 and cannot fillout the form I need for my cancer treatment. That was the whole purpose of the visit. You were focused on having procedures done to me and not making sure the form was filled out correctly. I put my trust in you to do only those procedures necessary for an honest set of answers for the form. I have another Dentist that will do the proper dental visit for under $170.(since I need the questions answered and I am not going to answer the questions myself; since I am not a dentist)

Very kind staff highly recommend coming here. All cleanings and cavity removal I’ve had done are always smooth and painless and they work with you on payment plans.

Got a cleaning and fluoride treatment

I love this place so much. They make me feel like a VIP every time I go. Everyone is so kind and patient and my gum health has never been better. Dare I say, going to the dentist is FUN at this place! Shout out to Ali at the front desk for being the bomb diggity!

My experience at Tigard modern Dentistry, was great. DR. Lam was awesome she made my daughter felt so comfortable while undergoing her procedure. wish I had switched to them sooner. Great attention to details Ali the the front desk is super sweet and helpful in get my insurance stuff figured out, so happy to have choosen this office!!!

Dr Lam is fantastic! Haven’t seen a dentist since before Covid. Same day crown replacement, great staff - everything was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about her and this practice.
