Troutdale Dental offers amazing care and service. Being new to the area and not having an established dentist Dr.Hale did an amazing job on my root canal and was able to take care of all my other needs. His team does incredible work and will take care of all your needs to help make sure your teeth are well taken care of.

Friendly staff, thorough RDH, great dentist. Treatment recommendations and payment options are covered thoroughly. I felt a high level of confidence in receiving excellent care from Dr.Brinton, I'll be back. From a retired RDH.

Dr. Hale was super compassionate, honest and patient, by the time all the work was done I shed some tears on the drive home, finally free of dentist fear and a healthy smile 😃 this was a big deal for me. So grateful to the doctors and staff... everyone there is amazing!

I'm pretty annoyed with how the scheduling was conducted with this office. After approaching them for an appointment, we went through the process of scheduling. Kristi offered me a date based on my parameters, and I let her know that I wouldn't be available for that date. So, she offered another date. I agreed and started submitting the documents they requested. Then after it had been a few days of not hearing from them, I asked if they had secured the date they offered, and they said they gave it to someone else. Without even checking in or notifying me of the change or to see if I still was available. I only found this out because I asked for an update. Then she sent a confirmation for the date I wasn’t available for, also with NO communication. When I asked what had happened she casually told me that she gave the date away. I had to schedule time off for this. This lack of caring or compassion for your customers schedule is something I can't wrap my head around. The date she offered to remedy this is now a month and a half in the future. I’d rather start fresh with a new dentist who understand scheduling and valuing their patients. Just wanted to share this here, so if anyone is on the fence or experiencing the same issue knows they aren’t alone.

Great experience and interactions with everyone from start to finish. Friendly staff, clean environment. Dr. Hale and his team were able to get my broken filling fixed with very minimal discomfort. I recommend this office to anyone needing an exam and or work done.

I went to Dr. Hale and his team at Troutdale dental for an emergency chipped tooth, front and center! He was able to examine it and fix the chip perfectly. I will also mention that I have had a lifelong fear of the dentist. The whole team made me feel comfortable and I actually scheduled a follow up visit! (side note: I also enjoyed the music)

I have never been a fan of the dentist and I always ended up feeling taken advantage of having what felt like unnecessary work done. Thankfully, the team at Troutdale Dental are the friendliest, most gentle and honest people making it, dare I say, enjoyable to visit. From Corban at the front desk to Dr. Hale, I haven’t met a person there who I wouldn’t trust with my dental needs. Dawn is my husband’s hygienist and Becky is mine and our two kiddos. They are both amazing and we love them! Dr. Hale is always learning new things to improve his practice and goes above and beyond any medical professional ever has for me. He even contacted a massage therapist for me outside of my visit to try and find a solution for my TMJ issues. Seriously, my family and I cannot recommend them enough.

UPDATE: 9/14/22 - Just visited this office again (for a tooth extraction) Dr. Hale and his team AGAIN were fantastic. Luckily this is only the second tooth I have had extracted. Dr. Hale was great, no pain or discomfort. But again, besides his professionalism, the entire team was great. And is great. My wife (Peggy) and I were very lucky to find this office, as we are traveling the country in a motor home. The staff is fantastic, professional and will go out of their way to help. From Dr. Hale to Becky, the hygienist are consummate professionals...and good people. Corbin (the patient coordinator) handle all of the paperwork without any problems. Two months after our visit, I had a problem while in Vancouver, BC and Kristie the office supervisor helped me get a referral to a dentist here. FABULOUS! If you are traveling in the Portland, OR area and need a dental office, this is the one. Cannot say enough. Thank you all at Troutdale Dental. Five stars is sufficient in rating this office.

Dr. Hale, Marcela, Corbin, and the entire team working at Troutdale Dental are such kind and caring people. I initially booked a cleaning appointment with them and disclosed that I had anxiety about coming to the dentist for the first time in 5 years and the entire staff was empathetic and made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. They made sure I was feeling good every step of the way, explained to me what they were doing the entire time and how it was supposed to feel, and answered all of my questions openly and honestly to ease my mind. They have a great, affordable dental care option and they are all so easy to talk to. I'm so happy to finally have a dentist that I actually get excited to go to. 💛 If you're looking for a new dental office I really can't recommend them enough, this has been a wonderful experience all around!

Very fortunate to have this place in our community. I’ve had several visits here in the past year or so and never a bad experience. I’ve started the long journey of getting my mouth back in good shape recently and Troutdale Dental has been a pleasure to deal with. The front staff have always been incredibly helpful, Corban in particular. Dawn is an Angel, and Dr Hale shoots you straight. Great place.

I have never been more comfortable at a dentist before coming to Troutdale Dental. The staff here is amazing, Marcela the dental assistant is so kind and personable, she made me feel so comfortable! Will not go to another dentist again!
