There aren't enough stars to represent my experience with Dr. Roane and his staff. His attention to detail, friendly chairside manner, and excellent teamwork amongst his staff make for a very positive experience. I also love the fact that I received a new crown in one appointment. Dr Roane practices with proven cutting edge technology that gives me the peace of mind that he has diagnosed and attended to my dental needs.

I had the incredible pleasure of being a new patient at Roane Family Dental in West Linn, yesterday. To say that it was an incredible experience is not saying enough. From the moment you enter their almost new dental office which is tastefully decorated, clean, and efficient you know you have found a good dentist. All the front office staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front office staff were on top of every detail; to include future treatments and insurance coverage. Kelly the hygienist that I had was incredibly nice and explained all that she was doing in a very complete manner and answered all of my questions. Kelly did complete x-rays, 3D scan, photographs, periodontic charting, and a cleaning in such an efficient manner that it was incredible to watch. Dr. Roane, was very experienced and knowledge as he detailed future treatment options, again in a pleasant and efficient manner. This office also has all the latest technology that dentistry has to offer. This technology in this office does not detract from the personal experience, but enhances their incredible knowledge to deliver a very high level of dentistry. I have always hated the dentist until visiting Dr. Roane and his hygienists. They are all so welcoming, friendly, and gentle. I always recommend to my friends and family to visit because of how amazing they are! I will never go to another dentist! They make going to the dentist enjoyable!

It had been many years since I last saw the dentist due to several life changes and high anxiety around dental procedures, so when looking for a new office I was searching for a place that put the patient at ease first and foremost. I’m so glad I trusted Roane dental. Everything about this office is what reviews have stated, easy going, happy, caring, kind, understanding, patient, relaxed, knowledgeable .. to name a few. My blood pressure may have been high going into this deep cleaning appointment, but Kelly my hygienist was extremely gentle and put me at ease. I will absolutely request her for future cleanings. Luckily I have few issues and only 2 small fillings needed next time, and I don’t feel worried about them now. Dr. Roane is so calm, didn’t push any over the top treatments and I left with the bare minimum and a healthy mouth. Very pleased!!

This was our first visit to Roane Family Dental. We found everyone very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The facilities are state-of-the-art and very pleasant. We have found a new dental home.

As usual RFD knocked it out of the park today! Customer service and patient care is above and beyond. I had a long appointment, and Yuliya was amazing at making my comfort her number one priority. I think we can all agree a three hour dental appointment isn’t something you look forward to, but Dr Roane and staff made it a breeze.

Our experience at Roane Family Dental, over the last several years, has been absolutely excellent! Dr. Roane is fantastic! He is very intelligent, experienced, and methodical. He explains procedures in a clear and thoughtful way and has a very congenial bedside manner. Likewise, the hygienists are experienced, careful and gentle - always checking in to make sure the patient is comfortable. Last, but certainly not least, the office coordinators help with understanding insurance and ease of making appointments. They create a warm atmosphere and really pay attention to the patient's needs. The whole team at Roane Family Dental in West Linn, OR is terrific, and we can't recommend them highly enough!

Was not only given amazing service when getting worked on, but customer care/service is just through the roof from all staff!! Dr Roane and his assistant(s) seriously are the nicest people ever, finally found myself an amazing dentist where I feel comfortable. Dare I say I can’t wait to come back? They’re just so great!!

Definitely the best dental office I’ve ever been too. Everyone here is super kind and supportive, the interior design is incredible, and they’re super fast and efficient. As somebody who really hates having dental work done, I was pleased to hear that they have an alternative to novacaine shots! I didn’t even feel a thing :). if you’re still on the fence about coming here, just remember that they do give out drinks so its a win win.

The staff at Roane is always extremely professional and friendly. I’m always excited to go in for my appointments! The office is very cute and clean. Kelly and Dr. Roane always make me feel welcome and comfortable in their office. If you’re looking for a dentist, don’t hesitate to go to Roane!

Spoiled from A to Z. From the outstanding and nicest front desk/administrative officers one can wish, Angie and Michelle, to the efficient and thorough hygienist Kelly, to the very professional and pleasant DMD Matthew Roane. The best move I made in recent years when decided to change my dental provider.

I have to say that Dr. Roane Family Dental is fantastic! I have never been to a dentists office where every person was so kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about your experience. The office staff is amazing, every hygienist I’ve had was so kind, thorough and gentle, and Dr. Roane instantly puts you at ease and does excellent work. They are highly transparent, professional and explain every charge. They will break down costs for you if you need them to. Even my kids enjoy the dentist and always say, “well they were nice!” Or “that didn’t even hurt!” We love Roane Family Dental and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Roane and his team...are THE BEST! I mean WHO looks forward to going to the dentist? I DO.....I really DO! Dr. Roane and his staff make it a fun and comfortable experience. They are all kind, understanding, helpful and make you feel right at home...from the second you walk in the door. I have been a patient of Dr. Roane's for nearly 7+ years and trust him 100%. I relocated to Washington and still make the drive to Portland to get my teeth cleaned and checked by Dr. Roane. They are all THAT GOOD!
