Had a scheduled follow up appointment for a Thursday at 9am. When I arrived to the office the doors were locked and the lights off. When I called into the office line, they were not able to find my patient records. Sham practice that’s a waste of patients time

I've been trying for WEEKS to get my old dental records as I visited this office pre covid (early march 2020) and got full x-rays, and have since moved. There is no in-office receptionist and calls go directly to a call center. The employees in the call center are very hard to understand and gave me the impression that it was a phishing scam (asking for additional personal information than is NOT necessary to release medical documentation to my new doctor). I provided my email and messages from the caller center have improper wording and come from a random email address. To get to the bottom of this, I went to the office in person and the office is locked and appears empty/dark even though it was normal business hours.

Dr. Shah is very gentle and takes pride in her practice. Teeth cleaning and fillings are always painless. So glad I've finally found a great dentist!
