I highly recommend Rohland Family Dentistry! Dr. Rohland and his staff are the best.

I have been going to Dr. Rohland since I was a kid(40 yrs+). Dr. Rohland’s skills are impeccable. He is professional and kind. I have close family members who are afraid of going to the dentist, have poor oral Hygiene, and end up in dire situations....... Dr. Rohland has never treated them any differently than he’s treated me. The staff is professional and kind as well.

We switched dentists after they chose to sporadically drop our secondary insurance. We had been attempting to contact their office for MONTHS to pay our remaining balance (happy to show proof with call logs!!). Due to their inconvenient office hours and lack of an answering machine, we have been unable to pay it (people have jobs and responsibilities). Today we received a letter threatening to send us to collections with very condescending language. By some miracle, someone at Dr. Rohland’s office answered the phone today. When I told the receptionist that we had been attempting to call the office for months it was insinuated that’s I was lying when she responded “We’re here everyday”. I’d like to add that my husband attempted to pay this bill at the last visit and couldn’t because whoever does the billing didn’t have whatever they needed to have done in order for him to pay....... Another word of advice — if you take your children here, do not book them for a cleaning together. They will see two different dentists and will be placed in two separate rooms. The dentists will not bother to come speak to you and you won’t have any idea what’s actually going on.

I was a patient under the old practice, when it was Sepsi, Ahlborn and Rohland. Work took me far enough away that I went to new dentists. Glad I was able to get back to this practice where I get excellent and timely dental work.

They do excellent work but I am leaving one star for all of the billing problems that I have experienced for the past 5 months. I had insurance that dropped me unexpectedly and this dentist office did not inform me that I would be billed or else I would not have went until I was covered. I would love to leave a 5 star review because their service is good but they don't inform you if your insurance doesn't cover you there.

I broke a tooth over the weekend and they refused to even talk to me because "they are not accepting new patients". Thanks for nothing.

When I go here the staff is excellent they give informational especially with insurance. When u have cleanings done they explain what they are doing. I have had both Rohland's do my dental procedures. Would definitely refer other patients.
