My mom and I were needing a new dentist and I went for a cleaning and had such a great, comfortable and accommodating experience that I recommended my mom to go there. She needed more things done but she can't stop talking about how lovely everyone is here and she is finally excited to go and I no longer dread going to the dentist, either. Highly, highly recommend. I've been to a few dentists in the area and I am so glad to be going here now. Best experiences my mom and I have ever had. Super thankful for these wonderful ladies and their services!

I have been coming here for four years after my 30 year dentist had a stroke. The staff is beyond amazing, I go every 3 months and I the care is untouchable. I recommend everyone to go here, you will like going to dentist 😊 I did!

We've been going to Smile Plus for 6 years now. Our visits have always been pleasant and the front desk reception awesome. Our Dr's and assistants are professional, responsive to our questions and go the extra mile to ensure we understand the procedures and outcome. We love our dentists and the staff. Best choice we ever made!

I’ve never left a review before but They are ridiculous! No wonder they are the only dentist with next day appointments. Not only was the heavy lady at the front desk very rude but she wanted to charge me $50 for trying to reschedule my appointment the day before. Then when I had to schedule an appointment for my son to get a fill, they told me I had to pay a $50 deposit to schedule it. I don’t know if race played a card in this or what because from the other recent reviews, I see they were only charging them $25. Either way, we will never go back there! I’d rather wait 4 months for an appointment.

They have the worst customer service. We had emergency and will not able to make it. So we requested for rescheduling. They didn’t even bother asking what happened. Why we can’t make it. They just told us that my granddaughter will never be allowed to be in their clinic. What a rude statement to make. I understand that you value time and appointments need not be cancelled but there things happen that are out of our control that would cause cancellation of appointment. There are better ways to say things.

Never come here! Worst customer service. We called few minutes before our scheduled time that we won’t be able to make it and requested for rebooking. They told us that they will never rebook and will never allow my niece to come there at anymore. That’s my first time to see a dental clinic with that kind of policy. So unwelcoming and rude!

Best dental office for your whole family. Great place to take anyone with dental anxiety and kids with dentist fears. I'd have to say that both the doctors are great at what they do and not only that they can do root canals and extractions here as well.

Everyone at Smile Plus is so friendly, and I always feel satisfied with my service after I leave. I enjoy their service so much that I’ve recommended them to a few people in my life.

This place is not good in customer service. Racist when it comes to hispanics. Is all about collecting money first. Please don't take your kids there. My son was treated rude last time and they even hang up on me for cancelling an appointment the day before. Very bad experience I can have my own opinion of what i experienced. Owner can say what they think. I cannot refrain from my experiences and the way i was treated.

Wanted a $25 fee for cancelling an 8 am appointment late, and wouldn't let me reschedule another appointment until the $25 was paid. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Also, I've never heard of "flouride foam" being put on a child's teeth. Who rubs foam on a child's teeth? You're supposed to "paint" the flouride on with a small brush. Cheap, money hungry, unprofessional, rude!

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I took my son here because they were the only ones accepting new patients during covid and he need his teeth cleaned. So then I decided to give it a try. I called to make my appt and gave them my insurance info. I went to the appt and they had waiting for 45 min. Then they called me up to the desk to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. So two hours wasted. Then I call to reschedule my sons appt. Well over 24 hours notice and they want to charge a 25$ cancellation fee and they want a 25$ deposit in order to schedule a new appt. Not to mention the level of professionalism is very low considering I heard them making fun of a client who didn’t speak English very well. Very poor taste. Addendum: because you replied with lies and/or don’t know what your staff says on the phone: when h called to reschedule your receptionist put me on his for someone else. THAT person told me they would have to assess a 25.00 cancellation fee and 25.00 deposit in Order to reschedule the appointment. Maybe that’s a side hustle. REGARDING THE INSURANCE, perhaps your staff should advise people upfront and not schedule them, waste their time and then tell them that you don’t take insurance while trying to charge them out of pocket. As for making fun of people that is also true and poor taste on the part of your staff.
