My first time there was wonderful! First, I got a later appointment at 630 after work. There was literally no wait time. Dr Patel was so friendly and empathetic about my dental situation. They gave me a great referral to a endodonist for a root canal and I will be back soon when that is finished. The lady at the front desk was cheery and helpful. Thank you’

I am usually very wary of dental visits but Dr Patel makes it look easy and comfortable. She is very patient and answers all my questions. I was initially very apprehensive about my dental procedure but she assured me and treated me well. The office is usually very busy so expect a little wait time. But I never had to reschedule any of my appointments.

Dr. P and her staff are the best! She has a great ability to make you feel at ease in her chair. I get compliments on my smile all the time and Dr. P and her staff help me keep it nice and sparkly!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Patel and her awesome staff for almost 10 years now. She was very kind and gentle when my kids were really little, helping to ease their anxiety & now they love visiting her to show off how big they’ve grown. Getting an appointment is very easy & the lovely ladies at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

I would not recommend this dentist cleaning. Very unprofessional, they will make you pay more than required. Even if you have an insurance, they will say this is a different procedure or code, even if it’s not, to overcharge you or make you pay a copay. Consider other cleaning. Front desk not treating client politely.

Chadds ford location. 1st appt: the scheduler made the wrong time, so I had to r/s. 2nd appt: called the day before and cancelled bc "all of the dentists had covid" all of them, really? had to r/s 4 wks later. I saved the best for last: my appt was at 2:45....I got behind a school bus and arrived at 2:49. ok, fine since someone was checking out anyway. Girl at desk was chatting for 5 mins with a patient before she asked who in was. Then said, " you're gonna have to reschedule. The dentist was up here at 2:45 and you weren't here" I doubt at exactly 2:45 he was standing there but OK. 4 MINUTES?? u talked for 5 mins and then im 4 mins behind & im ignored. This place over books, is unorganized, and rude. I firmly believe that they treat people differently according to the insurance carrier, if you know what I mean. I felt so disrespected and I will never go back. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

I have been using this practice for years, and it has been satisfactory, overall. But today was exceptional. I called in at 8:30 this morning with an emergency - I had cracked off the corner of my front tooth last night while eating dinner. I was horrified and totally freaked out. They got me in a 10:00, and within 30 minutes Dr. Patel and her kind assistant had everything restored. Dr. Patel had only looked at my teeth and X-rays periodically before this, so today was my first actual experience with her actually doing anything in my mouth. She is very gentle, always explained what she was doing, and frequently asked if I was ok. Most people hate going to the dentist, so working in a dentist's office has to be a challenge, so I commend the staff and especially Dr. Patel and her assistant for the terrific service they provided me today. Thank you!

Had my daughters braces put on at 3pm. While we were driving home the braces started popping off. Literally you could here them popping. Several came loose. Called the dentist office at 4:15 and told them what happened. They said they close at 5 and if we could make it back in time. I told them no that it would take me longer than that to get there. *****They said I will have to wait until next month to have the orthodontist to look at them!!!!! A MONTH!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Because the ortho is only there once a month!!!!! They were just put on there 1 hour ago…… My daughter has loose braces in her mouth and is supposed to wait a month to have them looked at. This type of dentist is for those with no insurance or your last resort!!!!!

I am giving this office a 2....only because Dr. Patel is patient and very gentle. She makes you very comfortable and does not make you feel like you’re just another patient. HOWEVER, the practice manager is rude and short. No one in this practice ever seems to have a smile on their face. The Hispanic receptionist (not sure of her name because she has never introduced herself) is very nice and pleasant. The wait time in this practice is HORRIBLE. As I write this, I am sitting here at 5:55p still waiting to go back for a 5:30p appt that I arrived at 4:55p for (hoping I would go back at exactly 5:30). They need to understand that everyones time is valuable.

1- ALWAYS OVER BOOK PATIENCE 2- EVERY SEAT IN WAITTING ROOM IS ALMOST ALWAYS TAKEN.. 3- THEY NEVER PUT THE AIR ON IN THERE OVER CROWED WAITTING ROOM RICH 4- OUR TRIPS THERE ARE IN REGARDS TO BRACES AND THE HALF OF DAY 1 OR 2 A MONTH THEY BRING HIM IN TO SEE THE PATIENCE. THIS IS WHY THEY OVER PACK/BOOK ALL THE PATIENCE AT THIS TIME. IN THE OVER CROWED, NO AIR ON. NO SEATS WAITTING ROOM.

Great office, it was a warming and welcoming experience. It was for my 6 year old daughter and she loved it. Both nurse and doctor were amazing and my daughter had no problems. She even wants to go again sooner :)

This dental office is AMAZING! The staff were very friendly ,& especially kind . Our hygienist Raji, did an excellent job, as well as having alot of patience . The dentist , Dr. Patel is " top notch " , with a wonderful bedside manner . I would highly recommend this office in Chadds Ford.

They NEVER keep appointments on time. If you’re appt is 9a, your lucky if you’re seen by 10a if not later. You wait for at least if not more than an hour EACH time. It’s a disgrace. The orthodontist is there ONCE per month and they must over-bill Medicaid for care plans that they extend well beyond the projected time frame. Medicaid needs to immediately investigate their practice and policies. The only reason I give them one star is contrary to another’s review, the front desk staff aren’t rude but overwhelmed by multiple bookings (they must have to book at least 10 patients for every time frame and schedule each for 15 minute intervals, i.e., 10 patients at 9, 10 patients at 9:15, so on and so forth.) They’ve always been polite and professional, and as accommodating and understanding as possible given the complaints, duties and responsibilities.

The office was very busy and extremely well organized considering the fact that were more than 18 people waiting for their turn when I got there. In less than 15 minutes, I was in the chair waiting for the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and funny. The procedure went very smooth without any pain. The X-ray machine they used, was very advanced and I was very impressed with that. Prices, are very reasonable, very affordable. I had very bad experiences with dentists in my past, coming to this office and having a such a great experience really helped me overcome my fears. I will definitely go back to them. I had this appointment months ago but, I did not get a chance to write this review until today. You know how it is, happy people move on with their every day lives and very few take the time to write reviews, that is why I've made a note to myself to take the time one day and do it, and here I am.
