Changed dentist offices years ago. Out of the blue, the office manager, or wherever she is, calls and makes an appointment with my wife. She mistakenly set the appointment at the time of the initial call. When the reminder call came in, she wanted to cancel as it was a misunderstanding and she wouldn’t be attending. Apparently the appointment was rescheduled and not cancelled. Fast forward to when the reminder call comes in to my phone and not my wife’s. The woman was totally rude and unprofessional while I explained to her what was going on. She repeatedly tried to argue with me as to why would she reschedule vs cancelling, like she had to win the discussion. I ended that call, but she called back to say there would be a cancellation charge, which is informed her was totally unacceptable and to have the Doctor call me directly to discuss. A few weeks later, no phone call...but, I received an insurance breakdown of the service charges they claimed for an appointment that never happened. Until this issue is taken care of by a discussion with the Dr, I cannot ever suggest anyone go to this practice. While she may have a great work ethic, at least one person on her staff is unprofessional and should not be allowed to work in the medical profession due to the insurance fraud that was committed by the practice.

Not a big fan of going to the dentist, had an emergency with a broken tooth that had become infected. Called the office and the response was extremely caring and they were able to get me in the next morning. Dr. Jankiewicz is very professional,knowledgeable, very caring to my need of not being comfortable in any dentist office. Throughout the procedure which took over an hour I never felt any discomfort, afterward I had no pain at all. I would give Dr. Jankiewicz 5plus stars, and by the way guys she is easy to look at.
