Nice people but I expect prompt service. If I come in for an appointment and right away give a heads up that my child will need a note for school it should’ve been completed either when we were called to the back or while we were in the back being seen. It wasn’t busy when I came in literally one person was in the waiting area. I missed my ride waiting for them to complete this simple note. How hard is it to pull up a template and print it out? The person who was initially at the front desk was the one who I had gave the heads up to when I first arrived.They didn’t have paper in the printer, which should’ve already been done before they even started seeing patients. I waited and watched this person do all of this only for a completely different person to come in and type up the note a few minutes later. Preparation is KEY. People have other places to BE.

I feel Blessed to have found Dr. Srujana Eluri & her staff. They have Welcomed me with Comfort & Professionalism since day one. Dr. Eluri explains the procedure & makes sure it’s done right. I feel relaxed knowing she cares about her patients. I’m a Happy Patient with a big Smile & will be sure to recommend my family & friends. Thank you💖

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Everyone was friendly and thoroughly answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. I appreciate them working with my insurance. I highly recommend Smiles Dentistry to my family and friends.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My 13yr old daughter was left crying in the office today. Dr.Srujana Eluri, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! As well as the front desk assistant Elizabeth. My daughter was seen on 9/10/21 for a routine teeth check up and cleaning. (my daughter’s 1st time there ) The Dr/dentist pulled out a tooth of my daughter’s that SHOULD HAVE NOT been pulled. (With the reassuring from the doctor that that procedure was necessary) Resulting in a big tooth gap. Today 4/8/2022, at around 11:43am, Dr.Srujana Eluri, didn’t like me questioning her as to why my daughter has a gap now and the Dr. walked out the room without any explanation. My child was in tears!! WORST DENTIST! Simply unprofessional in so many ways possible. ( This is me trying to sum up the experience in a nutshell) I’m filing a complaint immediately!This was a horrific experience for my daughter who now has to wait longer to get braces! Not only when the doctor was questioned, my child was furthermore denied service. Unprofessional, Terrible, just horrific, experience for a kid to go through

I absolutely love this place. People are very friendly.. I like the TV'S in the rooms to distract you. The massage chair was very relaxing.

Staff at Smiles Dentistry have been very professional and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and calm. I almost slept during my procedure. They took me in on time and the procedure was very painless. I am glad they accept my insurance.

Worst place I have been to. When I went in last year. The doctor took xrays. She said everything was fine. Then I said I had discomfort in my tooth. She said you may need a crown or root canal. She wanted me to go see an endo doc. That was very unprofessional of the dentist to say my xrays were good. But when I bought the discomfort up. She says the tooth is cracked and I need crown or maybe root canal. Then they messed up the authorization on ordering an crown. My insurance refused cause they were late with the authorization. I never went back.

Had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, it was quick painless, and great staff and very professional. Following all standards related to COVID-19 safety. This has been my primary dentist 2 years for me and my family!

Its been a nightmare trying to receive my money back for services not rendered. I went to Smiles on Garrett Rd. In Upper Darby on 2/20/2020. They took my debit card and ran 89.00 for xrays on it. Then I went back to meet Dentist asked her 1 question about implants. They do not do implants so I said thank you and please put the 89.00 back in my account. As of July 17th Im still trying to get my money back. Im actually going to have to get a civil suit goung and have them pay all legal fees as well.b

I had a very Bad experience with Smile Dentistry 2237 Garrett road Drexel hill pa 19026. I came in for an Extraction for 2 teeth to be Removed. I was very uncomfortable with their services, the lady numbed my mouth 4 times and cracked my tooth. Then she was picking at it, scraped it, then tried to yank it, which caused more damage. I was in pain when got there. She left the Room 3 times like she didn’t know what she was doing. When I left, my face was swollen. I was in Severe pain when left!!! I got my money back and they didn’t give me pain medicine when I left and said come back and get the medicine, instead of giving it to me when I left that same day. I had go to the Emergency Room because I had severe pain the doctor in the emergency room numbed it for me correctly , and he said they didn’t know what they where doing, I will never ever go to that place again!! I wasn’t Smiling when left that place.

This office is awesome! As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is clean. Everyone makes you feel right at home. If you like you can watch Netflix during the dental exams. It definitely helps especially when you are nervous. I even received a teeth whitening kit! I would definitely recommend everyone to come here

This was the first time I’ve been to a dentist office that treats like a VIP from the start, they greet you with a smile and make your experience painless. I would recommend them to everyone because of how professional they conduct themselves and how quickly they’ll schedule you for service, if your in the market for a Dentist please consider Smiles because they treat you like family.

It was a great experience!! It was clean, filled with nice people and a great atmosphere! Everything was explained in details and you were told of all the things you needed in order for next visits!
