Absolutely a great dentist! Went for wisdom tooth pain from being impacted, scheduled me to get it out within 3 days. I personally am terrified of the dentist and he talked to me for 15 minutes to calm me down. Took him around 3 minutes to take my tooth out and gauze it up! So surprised at how great of a job he did! They take you back super quick too! Dr. Mathur is awesome, would recommend 10/10! DO NOT listen to any bad reviews, they must have had one back experience but I’ve been there twice now and he’s been great! Nice receptionists, nice dentist, nice people & great work they do!

One star for The Family Dentist. Sorry guys not my fault. Their not so good with someone who is very scared of the dentist, have neglected their teeth and are perhaps embarrassed and/or scared also and they do not have very good Covid practices, so if your high risk or scared of the virus don't go there, it's not for you. I just went today, this is my observation of the place so anyone should enter at their own risk at this point.

I have been going to Dr. Mathur for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect and everything has always been explained to me very well. After reading a couple bad reviews on this dentist, I feel pretty certain that there is more to the story than those people are saying. There is always two sides to every story. Just about everyone will find a way to complain about something. I have been to at least four other dentist's in the last 15 years and Dr. Mathur has by far been the best so far. I have always been happy with the end results of his work. Thanks Dr. Mathur and I will see you in two weeks!

Is this guy even a dentist? Please run, don’t walk away from this practice. He wants to pull EVERY tooth you are having an issue with. I refused to have yet another tooth pulled and had him do a crown. He billed me and my insurance for a post and core (it’s what literally hold the crown on). After the crown fell off we realized with xrays from another dentist, that he never put these things in and that is why it fell out. I reported him and my insurance company got their money back from him but he refused to refund mine! Looking back I should have taken him to court. THIS IS FRAUD!!! When my husband went to ask for the refund a young woman was in his office hysterical because he had grinded all her front teeth down too low! do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK! Its like he got his license from a bubble gum machine.

I've been going to Dr. Mathur's office for many years now, and I love it there. Everyone is very friendly and that makes me feel comfortable. He recently pulled my wisdom tooth and I didn't feel a thing. I didn't have any swelling the next day, and didn't need to take the pain pills. He will be pulling the other wisdom tooth soon. Daria

My entire experience with Dr Mathur was and still is, a nightmare. I made the very bad decision to let another dentist pull all of my bottom teeth. I was told several lies by that one as well but back to Family dentist, this dentist told me he had made over 1000 dentures, although the shabby office should have given me a warning that this business was not successful. He refused to listen to my suggestions based on the temporary dentures I had been wearing, I told him I like the look but they are heavy and the top plate was not flat enough, making it difficult to speak. So I literally gave him the top denture I was happy with except for those 2 problems to copy. He made my top dentures completely crooked, any dentist can see just by looking what a mess he made. The bite is off due to the bottom denture jutting way out. They are unwearable. He refuses to fix them or refund my money. He acted very nice until he got my money, after that he yelled at me, told me I needed a psychiatrist and a plastic surgeon! Every visit was terrible and I would leave in tears. He is the one who needs a psychiatrist, I told him I would have to get a lawyer, and nobody wins there, he still refused to fix several mistakes. He said get a lawyer, call Donald Trump I don't care. After my first couple of appointments, I asked for my money back due to the lack of professionalism and his wasting my time. At one point, the bottom teeth came over and in front of the top teeth! He kept refusing to cut them down until finally the day came when did cut the bottom front down, I said it was better but there were gaps in the top denture and the bottoms were coming out way too far. He said it's because they are not finished! He said he couldn't finish until I signed a paper, which I now know I was not supposed to sign until they were completed and in acrylic base. This man is a terrible dentist and terrible man, not to mention a scammer, by putting that paper for me to sign under duress, since he refused

Just Left... Had a great experience there. They brought me in, checked my insurance. Then they gave me xray, sat me down in the back office. Within 5 minutes the tech came back and cleaned my teeth. Both tools, and some type of dental water pressure cleaner. It was a little messy (just water), but all said and done very good job, Got home checked my my teeth they are very clean! Great job Guys! I will recommend friends and family!
