Dr. Todd Paczewski

I’m 67 years old, and I’ve seen MANY dentists in my life, and Dr Todd is by far the absolute best. I first went in for what I thought was a simple cavity. ( missed by my previous dentist for TWO years in a front tooth) Turns out it needed a root canal. I was brought in the very next morning, had the root canal and needed 2 crowns. Everything was done in one day. My treatment plan was thoroughly explained, with alternate options. I wasn’t rushed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, from the minute you enter the door until you leave you are treated as a valued patient. I can honestly say the work I had done today was pain free! I’ll never feel stressed about a dental appointment again, and yes, I would highly recommend him and will, to anyone interested in changing providers. Thank you for a relaxing, pain free experience with an awesome end result!!

Unfortunately my dog was having medical emergencies and I could not make my visit. I not only paid the fees for missing the appointment, I was charged late fees on the missed appointment charges! How do you code those charges by the way? I asked for only the tooth that needed the x-ray be done. The assistant said its $70 either way. My insurance was billed about $270. I guess she forgot about that $200. The dentist said I had a severe infection, it wasn't so bad because he refused to see me for missing my appointment. I guess a dentist doesn't follow the same oath as other doctors. My dog had a terminal illness which I made them aware of on my first appointment. Go there at your own risk! They will make money on you one way or another. I feel this busniss lacks integrity.

Dr. Todd and his staff are truly amazing!!! I needed a root canal which my insurance didn’t cover, and my dentist referred me to a specialist with a 1 month wait and a price I couldn't afford. I called Dr. Todd's office yesterday and was in for a consultation the same day! He and his staff spent plenty of time talking to me and making me feel very comfortable (which is rare anymore). To top that off, his price was way more affordable, and he fit me in the very next day (today) for the root canal! If you're anything like me and get very anxious with dental work, Dr. Todd is def the way to go! I've already given many of my friends his information and will continue to share it with anyone who needs a dentist! I wish he accepted GHP Family/SKYGEN for children because I would immediately switch my 15 y/o over to him for her dental care if he did. Truly, my experience with Dr. Todd and his staff has been great and I'm very thankful!!

Dr Todd is an amazing guy! He has a great personality and works well with his patients. As someone who has had dental trauma, I feel safe going here.

The staff and hygienists are always professional and friendly. I always leave there feeling better knowing that they took the time to look at my dental health and provided a high level of service. Doctor Todd Paczewski is a great guy too! He is always a pleasure to talk to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paczewaki since NOV 2019. He is a very good dentist who displays confidence as well as competence in all of the treatment he performs. I feel extremely confident in his ability to treat my issues and I have therefore made him my family dentist.

Dishonest .They have an awesome 3d xray machine that MOST insurances do not cover $75 each & they dont even make you aware of it before hand. Which they should. I cancelled an appointment 3 days in advance. $50. If you have a dental emergency you shouldn't have to wait weeks for an appointment & make a large deposit first when you HAVE Insurance. I learned the hard way and found a place that actually puts the patients health first & IS HONEST ****Never again.

The receptionist there is really nice and funny. She should get a raise and a bonus. I should know because I'm a self-proclaimed Tik Tok sensation and I can do a tail whip on my scooter.

This review relates to the need to get fitted for dentures not to his general dentistry practice. This dentist offers only one type of denture that costs over 4500 and this is just for what is called an immediate denture. This is put in your mouth after all your teeth have been extracted. In a year you will be required to probably be fitted for another pair, so the cost is not worth the time you can wear them. Dr. Pazewski did not want to hear anything I had to say about the fit after the extraction, in fact he told me to basically be quiet because he could see what was wrong in my mouth by looking and he didn't want my input. Secondly, he does not offer a soft realign during the year after the immediate dentures were put in my mouth. He told me I had to wait one year and them come back in one year for what is called a hard realign. From the reading I have done, soft realigns are often done during the year as your gums and bone begin shrinking. My daughter uses this dentist for her and her children and is very satisfied, but as for a dentist that provides dentures - I suggest people in my situation research several dentists in and out of the area and find a dentist who supplies a variety of denture types and costs, and also find out what services they provide and the cost before ending up with a pair of costly dentures that are unusable and painful after about 6-7 months.

Dr. Paczewski and staff have gone above and beyond their commitment to assure that I have the best care for my overall health of my teeth. Thankful beyond words for giving this old gal back her smile!!

Sounds like Hana is blaming Dr. Todd for her own problems. I have been seeing Dr. Paczewski for quite some time and I can tell you that he is top notch all around. He and his staff are always friendly and professional and I have always felt welcome there.

Great at what he does. The whole office is knowledgeable and does a good job. I never have to wait when I get to the office and never have any issues with the work done. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Dr. Todd for many years and have had several procedures done by him, all with excellent results. Dr. Todd is very thorough and is always willing to work with you whether it is within your insurance guidelines and payment. Recently getting caps on my front teeth all worked out very well and streamlined the procedure as much as possible.
