I had the best cleaning of my life today. The staff was amazing. Super friendly desk people, cleaning tech did an amazing job. Quick and efficient. Super helpful asked a lot if question and I felt was all around at ease with the process. The dentist was so helpful and kind. Came up with a treatment plan and what to expect in the next follow up visits. This was by far on if the only times I felt this comfortable in a dentist chair.

My initial visit for a cleaning and check up was excellent. Returned for bonding. On return I was asked to sign for fillings not bonding. Was told fillings were for cavities but was informed I had no cavities. Communication was appalling from front desk staff and dentist. Appointment was cancelled due to misinformation.

Went in for a cleaning and was told I need preauthorization for cleaning and with insurance coverage $300 charge for deep cleaning. Understandable due to the plaque build up on 4 bottom teeth - but would have been nice to know that auth would be required for cleaning and to AT LEAST still have regular cleaning - as regular cleaning are preventive covered by insurance. Waste of my time just for X-rays!!

Avoid at all cost! This dentist is a grade A scammer and liar. Told us there are multiple cavities which was a lie. We have since changed our dentist and there were no cavities. He was also trying to tell us that our insurance doesn't cover certain procedures but I called the insurance right in his office and guess what, all was covered but he was trying to make a quick $500. They also need a new phone, bc they sound like they're trying to communicate from bikini bottom.

Wouldn’t even say 1 star but my only option. Office calls day before appointment to cancel saying they don’t accept my insurance but was told 2 months prior that they did. Office staff are horrible

I had severe pain on my tooth and swelling on left cheek and I called to schedule a emergency appointment and they gave me an appointment for next month and the girl was lecturing me for not getting the crown and she was talking in a rude way and she told me to go see another dentist and my pain got worse I’ve been a patient for more than five years and I’m never going again

I called to make an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. Easy right? Nope. The receptionist told me I'd have to be examined first to make sure I didn't need any work done before a checkup and cleaning. Umm...no thank you!!

Please by all means do not join this dentistry myself and my family have been patience for over six years but the last two weeks I had never encountered anything like this in my life I have had severe pain for over a week now and they cannot get me in for an emergency visit not for a 15 minute exam so I am writing this review from the Bethlehem hospital with a really bad infection that was turning septics very quickly but every time I called at least 10 times to tell them that they just said my appointment wasn’t for another 4 to 5 days my throat was closing and my air was getting very thin so I had to go to the emergency room where I was immediately rushed for surgery so if this sounds like the kind of dentistry that you think is going to take care of you you are going to be very disappointed ,by all fairness I did try calling The Quakertown office and the Harleysville office and I got the same reply to keep calling maybe something will open up we cant help you, again after I distressed I was in severe pain I just found this completely unacceptable My family and five other families that I just talked to this about this will be dropping immediately so please be aware before you look into this dentistry because they are definitely not going to help you by any means thanks ,James M (Beware)

They care. I have high anxiety issues and they took care of me. Even after everything was said and done they still cared. I don't know what's with the Negativity, on these reviews. Every staff member was extremely helpful and considerate towards me even though I was a complete wreck at the end of the day. I will recommend this place for those who have anxiety and need to be under anesthesia.

If you go here please get a second opinion!

I have to say this place is wonderful. I’m shocked by negative reviews. The dentist and staff are so patient and understanding and are great with kids with sensory issues or any disorders. I’m so grateful for this place and this is the first dentist my kids don’t mind going to at all.

Worst dentist ever... been going here for years and they just decide to call me a week before my appointment and tell me I have to come in at 215 or I can’t go, granted my appointment was originally for 330pm. It took 6 months to wait for this appointment in the first place, I can’t even express the anger and anger. They have no curtiosy or care for anyone else’s times. They look for a easy way out and are only in it for the money, Dr.J your patients should come first if you can’t do that anymore retire. Place is a joke. DONT GO HERE. Rip off!!

Mitesh Shah very Unprofessional! my kids appt where made for the wrong time. I went to the office and my kids sat in a chair and mouths where looked in for a referral that’s all that was done. During my visit the dentist took his mask off multiple times while my kids where in the chair and he was sitting in front of them. Very unsafe and unprofessional especially when being charged 15$ for each child for sanitation for COVID. I spoke with Mitesh Shah about the situation and how I felt if your are going to charge people for COVID cdc guideline your dentist should be taking his mask off while kids are in the chair. The manager laughed at me and said I was mad over the 15$ charge per child. When asked if I could speak to someone over him he said there’s no one over him and he didn’t have the number to corporate will not be returning here.

I had implants procedure there in 2018 and 2019. The female doctor put the metal post too deep and too crooked to hit next teeth, so she failed to put the crown for me three times. Finally, I did not believe that was the labotory's fault, and I took all the X-ray photos to other dental practices. They all confirmed that was malpractice. I settled down with them for full refund and money for taking out the post. Two years of ordeal and lots of wasted time. It took me another year of recovery from taking out the metal post. Today I was going through my old documents and saw their business card, I feel sick of my stomach, and knowing how I traumatized by this dental practice. It appalled me to write down my horrible experience, so no one needs to suffer as I did.

Cheers to A+ Family Dental for doing a root canal on a molar 12 years ago and completely missing a canal, which resulted in an infection and required a root canal re-treatment. It looks like the current rating for this practice reflects the poor quality of care here (2.9 stars), but I figured I would add my 0.02 cents. Don't trust this practice with your health and see an endodontist for any root canal therapies.
