If you want a skilled, caring, and very sensitive dentist, Dr. Berg is who I recommend. He and his staff make you feel welcomed right away and make it evident that they are there to serve you and your dental needs. I had come in with a broken tooth and after repairing it, Dr. Berg took time to explain what he had done and even further explained the relationship of how our jaw, muscles and teeth work together. He is constantly learning and continuing his education to be the very best dentist he can be and also sees that his staff furthers their education through workshops that are offered to those who work in the field of dentistry. I have never felt pressured to have a procedure done. If we need dental work beyond the normal care, Dr. Berg is great about giving us our options and then being patient with us until we decide what we want to do. I trust his integrity and know that he would never suggest or pressure me into doing something I didn't feel comfortable with or ready to do. I love how at each visit, the hygienists clearly go over what/if my child is due to have done (xrays, sealants, fluoride). They always confirm to make sure this is ok with me before they do anything. The office staff is great about submitting to our insurance company and are great at communicating if there are any issues with our insurance.
