It was a wonderfull experience visiting this dental office. I was taken care of with my first step inside the office. I visited many dental offices before but the ambience and cozyness was totally out of this world i felt like i was in safe hands. When the doctor approached me, I could tell her my problems and she assured me that I will be out of this pain soon. She started her procedure and i was totally relaxed as i felt hard beneath that i was in safe hands. it has been a week now after the treatment and i feel so good as the pain is totally gone. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. One visit can change your perception of a dental office as well as the Dentist. Thank You Dr Kaur for this amazing treatment

If negative was a possible score, this hack would get -10. From hippa violations to insurance fraud, refusing to do her job, filling out lab paperwork incorrectly then blaming the lab for messing up. There aren't enough characters allowed in reviews to really express the distain and disgust we've experienced over the past three months but I'm sure you're going to be hearing this "Dentist's" name in the paper in the near future. Refusing to do things that insurance already paid for and it gets worse from there. She was condescending, dismissive and indifferent. "Uncle Tom insurance" was a term she used to describe why she was paid for services she refused to render. Blaming her staff for her own ignorance. Reports have been filed and lawyer contacted. The best advice I can give is TRUST YOUR GUT!!!! If your dentist spends the first 32 minutes of your first visit explaining to you why a bad review was lies then maybe you aren't dealing with a professional. Oh! That too! She told us specifics about another patient. This woman shouldn't have her license and it's no wonder she couldn't last at a reputable named local dentist office (which she bad mouths extensively, by the way) video evidence of all her lies and picture evidence of her incorrectly filled out lab paperwork all exists too, so some generic response from them means nothing. I strongly urge looking elsewhere. - edit. I noticed a generic response was posted and suddenly my review isn't public? My wife is/was the patient and I was there every step of the way. Hiding reviews is misinformation.

Have come here a few times to get an extraction and fillings. They are always extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had no pain during the procedures and Dr. Kaur is always making sure you are OK during the procedure. Great experience, definitely recommend.

I would rate zero if I could. I won't be going to another dentist, like that was traumatic and I don't even want to go to another dentist. Had an infected tooth, so they asked it I wanted it pulled. I said yes. They didn't numb me before injecting me with the needle and it f-ing hurt. Then I felt pain through most of the extraction. Then they sent me home, I'm in so much pain. They only prescribed ibuprofen, which doesn't help. Then they gave me a script for ammoxicillin. I told them I'm allergic to penicillin/ammoxicillin and they said ok well we can't give you anything else. R u kidding?? There's plenty of other antibiotics out there. Bad experience all around and will not be going back.

Dr Sundeep Kaur is sooooo very amazing!!!! She cares alot about her patients, takes pride in her work and is gifted in her talents as a Dentist.
