ABSOLUTELY by far the best and nicest dental practice I have ever been to, from Dr Mistry to to all of the staff!

My first appointment today and this office is the 1 I have been looking for! Such pleasant staff and the dentist was super nice Highly recommend

I had a crown fall off. In the past it was always a high anxiety time to have it put back on at my old dentist. Completely painless experience!!!

I was very disappointed with my visit today! I’m not sure how my teeth can be cleaned in 15 minutes! I’ve been a patient for over 30 years! In the olden days I would be back for at least one hour! Fluoride was not even offered. Unfortunately I think I will be looking for a new dentist! I sure miss Dr. Blevins and his staff!

I have not been to a dentist in years and had grown up using a local dentist in the Red Lion area. Since I live just outside of York New Salem, I thought that I would give these folks a try. I have to agree with all of the positives that have been given. From the front desk to the staff and Dr Mistry, I really liked the staff that they let you know what they will be doing and answer all of the questions that you may have. So far I would like to send kudos to the staff

Poor service and poor attitude. High turnover office and you will be transferred and bounced around to other providers or cancelled appointment with little notice. Underwhelming ?? Call Dr Thai in West York.

I am not one to write reviews. However, after a few appointments at this place I thought it was necessary. This place is absolutely amazing! I have had a rough time with every dentist I've ever been to and have teeth that need some intense work. They have done a wonderful job explaining everything needed done step by step and make me feel so comfortable during procedures. They work with me as far as scheduling appointments out further to fit in my budget (we all know dentist work isn't cheap). The customer service is top tier with the ladies at the front desk. The staff is very personal, professional, helpful and kind. I am only in the beginning of my treatment but this place has been nothing but a source of hope as far as getting a bright and healthy smile that seemed intangible prior to coming here. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The whole staff is very personable while maintaining the professionalism you expect from a dental office. Steph was my hygienist and she was great at explaining everything in a way that I didn’t feel belittled and in terms I understood. Dr Kaplan was very friendly and was able to quickly come up with a game plan to correct the issues I’m having, and she didn’t make me feel bad that it’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. The front desk lady (Tabitha) was able to print out what I was to expect price-wise of some upcoming fillings, instead of it being a mystery. Very nice office. Th only drawback is the limited hours, but it works for my schedule at this point

I’ve always had a terrible time with my teeth and pretty traumatic experiences at the dentist. When I found Above & Beyond, all that changed. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kaplan is beyond nice and great at her job and explaining what she’s doing for you. They do their best to work with you and your schedule. They’re just the best. I look forward to visiting the dentist now. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am doing great here. They all are so nice and use my money and dental insurance to my advantage. They care about doing a great job.

My first visit the computers were down, which helped me out in the long run because I didn’t want my picture taken. I was bummed, I couldn’t get my xrays done though but next time I go I will. When they first meet you, they shake your hand which is a first for me. No other doctor or dentist did that before. The teeth cleaner (sorry, I forgot your name) was very informative, told me everything she was doing and answered all my random questions. She was very gentle, because when they scrape and pick your teeth it’s a little nerve wrecking and with the cleaning she was amazing. They are understanding and very patient and nice there. Totally worth the trip.

The staff at this office is wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable and the Dr. Kaplan explains everything she needs to do. She makes it a good appointment. I highly recommend this office.

Thorough, professional, experienced, and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable. Dr. Cha and the dental techs explains in detail exactly what is happening. Sadly I must change my review and dentist - due to poor office and billing practices. Apparently they had a problem with Geisinger Gold Insurance which I had always used previously, and then after my last visit found my routine cleaning was not covered. Apparently their agreement with Geisinger had not been renewed or lapsed. I should have been told their was a problem prior to having work done. I had also complained prior to this about how difficult it was to read their statement - they were extremely confusing. I will pay my bill..but certainly under protest.
