Family smiles took me as an emergency patient with excruciating pain and just in jest I pointed to implant picture saying that what the future holds for me because of the health of my teeth. So when they were planning to pull the tooth they recommended a bone graft to get an early start for when I eventually get my implants.Having said that having payment plan helped tremendously. I hope I will have a long relationship with them

Cleaning were great. Needed a root canal. Process was described very vaguely and felt it was just a money grab. Stated insurance covered 100% but in reality didn't. My mistake for trusting their word.

Had a fractured molar over the holidays. Went to this practice on January 2, 2023 thinking this would be a great place. Honestly, should have done my research before jumping to this practice and getting composite filling done here. Within 2 business days the filling failed. Not sure if this practice is using less expensive composite materials. Cause I know there are 7 different types of composites that dental practices use. Today I called their office asking for a partial refund of $150 and not for the full amount of $450. They told me they would need to get back to me later. When I got a call later in the afternoon they said they could not give me a partial refund. They said they needed me to come back and see what they did wrong and fix it again for "Free". Why would I go back and have another different dentist work on my teeth when it already failed the first time? Im not going to let another person work on my teeth and make another mistake again. Dont have time to go back and forth to the dental office when something wrong. Im not a human guinea pig. Ever heard of nerve damage? Ever heard of getting it right the first time? Dentists should be experts at their craft if they are always training. Believe all the low reviews are real and honest reviews. All the over 1000 high reviews seems like their coming from friends and their friends. This practice seems like a " you get what you paid for" or "budget friendly." If people like to consistently go back to the dental office after paying for a failed procedure and have the funds to do it again, this would be the place. This place need to rename the business to Advanced Toothloss, Advanced Ripoff, or Advanced Scammers.

Unprofessional dentists and overall awful place, they will lie to you and try to get you to do unnecessary surgery, they are only doing 1 thing here, trying to get the most money they can from you, nothing else. Think twice before you permanently change your life.
