An AMAZING experience!!! I can’t give this office enough stars, EVERYONE from the assistant, I think her name was Suzan to the hygienist who was very informative, her name was Lisa, to both doctors I saw, Dr Scott & Dr Michael is beyond compassionate, informative, and just downright GREAT. I was taught a lot of things about my dental health that I wasn’t aware of & never had another dental professional teach me about!! I can’t wait to go back for another AWESOME dental cleaning in 6 months & would recommend EVERYONE coming here for there dental care

This place is a complete rip off doctor mike as he calls himself is the most ignorant person I have ever encountered the receptionist have no knowledge of what’s even going on just a sink hole to take money stay away from here

I am beyond disgusted with this place 2400 for my son to get veneers put In this is no lie the 15th plus time they have fell out the staff is beyond ignorant starting with the owner doctor Mike who told me not to call his office after he robbed me I’m a single Mom putting my son through college and doesn’t want me to be upset at his clear screw up this office needs to be shut down he obviously has no clue what he is doing im so sad for my child they ruined his front teeth

Went here to get cavities filled didn’t warn me there would be so much pain and didn’t prescribe anything after calling I had to wait 8 hours for them to put in the medicine. A month later the same tooth had extreme pain and sensitivity went in and the said the couldn’t find anything (while one dentist looked at his watch because they were closing. I ended having to get a root canal!! Due to their carelessness and neglect under no circumstances do I suggest this dentist

The best Dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty. If he can put up with me and my anxiety’s that’s a plus. And so calm and let’s you know, everything is going to be alright. I already recommended a few people!

I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants a Great Experience with an Amazing Dentist and Staff!! I absolutely love Dr.Michael he is so Honest, Gentle and Thorough! I've had Painless Root Canals, Crowns and Fillings done here and looking forward to my upcoming cleaning. I was literally in and out! They waste no time and make your short visit worth it! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

I did a few teeth fillings here but the fillings kept falling out and I had to come back a few times to fix them. I thought it was my teeth issue, but since I switched to another dentist, it never happened.

Please take the time to read this sorry if it’s lengthy! When I tell you I completely look at dentist different because of Dr. Michael I truly mean it. He makes Anya experience worth it because he makes you feel comfortable. He actually cares about his patients you are not just a $ sign you are human and he treats you like such. Any issue from financial to uncertainty, he handles. He breaks the process down and I really couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I like the south st location better due to personal reasons! Great staff at BOTH locations and I love this man like family now.

Dr.Michael is just amazing. He is the best and most honest dentist I have ever met in my life. I do nothing but tell family and friends about his magic hands. Everything about this office is just simply amazing from the front desk and the hygienists just so supportive understanding and caring. I would like to just express my gratitude for all the work and time that Dr.Michael has done for me. He truly has changed my life in so many ways and gave me back my smile. There is no reason for anyone to look anywhere else or think twice about this location this is where you need to go if you are trying to find the perfect dentist who listens and truly cares for your well-being. In my situation I was in need of major work and very embarrassed but I'm not kidding when I say with the support of the staff and the caring and gentle hands of Dr. Michael I could never imagine to be able to have a reason to smile again if it were not for these amazing people. Great new dental practice in Center City/Graduate Hospital! It was easy to schedule and they offered an appointment within 10 days of me calling. Even as a new patient to the practice, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Dental appointments are never fun, but the kind staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Michael is personable and easy to talk to. Happy to call this my new dentist. Definitely recommend.

Hours posted on door and website are not correct. Employee who answered the door was abrupt and dismissive.

If I could give this practice a higher rating I would. I have been to both offices and have been worked on by both dentists and they are amazing!! Everyone on the staff in both offices were both extremely hard working and tentative. I had basically everything done other than a tooth extraction, but I could not be any happier with their work!!! I went in for an emergency root canal and walked out fixing my entire mouth and their practice made it possible for me both with flexibility and financially... It will always be the practice I go to as long as I'm in Philadelphia!!!

I took time out of my work day to try to come here for my first appointment today. I looked for parking in the area for fifteen minutes and was unable to find a spot. I called the office five minutes after my appointment time to let them know that I'm looking for parking and I'll be running a few minutes late. The receptionist told me that I'm already too late for my appointment and they won't see me. EDIT: I don't want to get into an argument but the response from owner below is entirely untrue. My appointment was for 1:30PM and I called the office at 1:35PM to let them know I was still looking for parking. It was at this point that I was told that I was too late and they would not be able to see me. Yes they did call me over 30 minutes after my appointment (2:10 PM) because I guess they forgot that they had already spoken with me. I did not pick up this later call because at that time I had already returned home and decided not to do business with this dentist. I really don't appreciate being slandered in a public space. Unfortunately this kind of attitude is consistent with my experience today.

Second time seeking service at this facility. First time they said they didn't take my insurance although they're on the list of approved providers. Second time they refused me treatment when I declined to sign a form calling for future charges for missed appointments when they've never treated me in the first place. Hostile environment for which one star is an overrating. Be careful.

This staff is supportive and informative. This office has a clean positive environment and I feel comfortable. Dr. Michael is a great listener, is helpful and is honest. Finding this dentist was a blessing. I recommend them!

I’d recommend them to anyone. A professional and friendly staff whom answered all my questions and concerns. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary. The staff took excellent care of me!
