Dr. Gerald Regni, DMD | Philadelphia Dentist

I can’t stress how happy I am to have come across Dr. Regni’s office. Upon my 4 year old daughters first dental visit with a conventional dentist, I was told she needed anesthesia/surgery to have 8 root canals/crowns on her baby molars. I got a second opinion at another office and was told the same, and that there was no other options. No suggestions were made, no discussion was had, no hope was offered. I was in shock and so confused as she had great brushing habits and wasn’t in any pain. Trusting my mothers intuition, I began to search for a holistic dentist for a third opinion, which is how I came across Dr. Regni. From my very first conversation with the receptionist, Nancy, I was immediately put at ease and told not to worry, Dr. Regni will be able to help. After taking a look at my daughters teeth, Dr. Regni felt as though the extreme measures the other dentists suggested were not necessary. We decided to take the “watch and wait” approach. This meant making MAJOR changes in her diet, which he felt was likely the cause of her weak teeth, adding herbal tooth products to help remineralize and strengthen, and also a few different homeopathic remedies he supplied. After three months of this protocol I took her back into his office for a follow up where he excitedly told me her teeth were looking great, there was no further decay and we should keep this up. I can personally see the difference in her teeth and am so grateful for Dr. Regni’s guidance. He took the time to address all of my concerns and questions and offered alternatives to the intense surgery that was recommended by the other dentists. Again, I can’t recommend his practice enough. My husband, mother and myself are now patients of his and I will continue to bring my daughter here as well. Thank you Nancy and Dr. Regni!

Dr. Regni is an excellent dentist. He did an excellent job at successfully completing a filling for me that 2 other dentists could not get right. He provides a wealth of knowledge around holistic dental care and holistic care in general. I highly recommend his practice!

A great dental experience with attention to detail and in a very relaxed environment. Gerry fitted us in and provided our treatments with no fuss or hassle.... we were on a trip from the UK. Seriously good and highly recommended

Not only is Dr. Regni's work beautiful and precise, but he is very personable and always made me feel like I was in good hands- no easy feat for a full dental implant! Absolutely going here for any future dental work.

Tried to sell me a weight loss book (I think it was tied to Scientology) during a follow up visit after having my wisdom teeth removed. Also proceeded to stress how important it was that I maintain my 120 pound figure at the age of 19. I don’t necessarily agree with the sentiment but what it had to do with dentistry is beyond me and was inappropriate. He’s a big Scientologist, which is fine I guess but it’s a bit odd that he includes that element of his life in his practice. Just all around weird.

Dr. Regni, along with his staff were extremely cordial and allowed for wonderful visits overall. I am typically not fond of dental visits, but Dr. Regni made me feel comfortable from the second I sat in the chair. Dr. Regni did a phenomenal job and after each visit, I left there in no pain at all! Highly recommend!

So far I had a great experience. Dr. Regni is a very cool guy and I can tell he cares a lot about his patients. He doesn’t just focus on the teeth, he treats the body as a whole which i believe is the right way. He sat down with me explaining to me about “Art” which stands for Accelerate resolution therapy, he also was showing me this way you can test for any disease. I have a lot of health issues and I get very bad brain fog and very bad anxiety which makes it hard for me to process information. But Dr. Regni kept explaining to me until I got it, which shows me he’s a very caring doctor. Im glade I choose Dr. Regeni as my dentist. I’m looking forward to my next appointment

Dr. Regni did INCREDIBLE work once again! After four years of problems with my one molar, I wound up needing a root canal and am thankful that I had Dr. Regni do the procedure. He's a master of biological dentistry, great at communicating and very caring. I promise that he is who you want by your side during a procedure like this! I no longer have pain in my molar, I can chew on both sides of my mouth again, and the crown is strong, beautiful and feels natural. I confidently recommend Dr. Regni.

I’m so happy and very pleased with the treatment that Dr. Regni provided to me. He was very caring and understanding. He took his time listening to what I wanted to get done. Time flew by and when I realized my teeth where beautiful and just as I imagined. He also fitted me for a new set of retainers. Also his receptionist Maria is so nice and helpful. She was the reason that I took a chance with Dr. Regni. She answered all my questions to the best of her abilities. She made me feel welcomed through the phone. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I made. Because the service overall was excellent. Thank you so much Dr. Regni and Maria.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Regni Jr and his office staff (Nancy and Maria). I came in recently as a new patient after doing some research and looking for a biological dentist. I was happy with Dr. Regni's reviews and decided to schedule with him. Maria answered the phone and was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. I felt cared for from the very beginning. Prior to seeing Dr. Regni, I had some dental work done from another dentist that left me in pain and the health of my molar was suffering. Since then, I have been anxious about getting dental work done because of the risk of someone messing up and harming my teeth. I am beyond thankful to say that after seeing Dr. Regni and the end results of the dental work he did, I no longer have this anxiety and am confident that if I do have a dental issue arise, he will be able to address it in the best way possible. Dr. Regni had wonderful bed side manner, communicated throughout the entire process, and made sure that I was comfortable. He was genuinely kind and caring. As far as his ability goes, he is intelligent, honest, pays attention to detail, and is an artist! When I looked at the two molars he worked on, I was taken back by how beautiful they look. He did an exceptional job. Because of the condition my one molar was in (suffered decay) and the location of a cavity in my other molar, I wasn't sure if they would ever look good again. Dr. Regni made them look brand new! And both of the molars feel strong, and I am able to floss easily between them. 5 Stars isn't enough for the work that he did and the entire experience I had including Maria scheduling me and Nancy checking me out. I confidently recommend seeing Dr. Regni!

Dr Regni is the best, my son Dylan made an appointment to have veneers on 4 teeth but Dr Regni gave us a better and more affordable option to have his teeth bonded. He now has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr Regni!

I experienced a truly amazing result with Dr. Regni. I had two very badly decayed upper molars which required removal. These both turned out to be extremely difficult extractions. Dr. Regni accomplished this with no pain or discomfort of any kind. He fully informed me of what he was about to do so I totally understood what was to occur so there was no anxiety or fear. Even during the extraction process, which was clearly very difficult, Dr. Regni was able to remove the molars even after the badly decayed teeth broke off, providing an even higher degree of difficulty to remove the roots. When complete, I was shocked at the fact that I experienced very little pain. I only needed a single aspirin later that day and was pain free the following day. He closed the openings by suturing the gums, so I had no difficulty during the healing process. Dr. Regni is simply amazing and he is not only my Dentist, but I will clearly remain as my primary dental care professional for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Regni for your dental care needs.

We all know there’s no fun in going to the dentist! But I must say that Dr. Regni is a life saver and expert at what he does! For one he makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you enter his office the staff is very nice. He talks with you the entire time and has a great sense of humor that helps you relax even more! I I’ve had teeth extracted with no pain during or afterward my visit. And even more so his holistic approach to better health I’ve never had explained to me before!

Dr. Regni is an excellent dentist. Because I am unable to get to his office, he came to my home to treat me. After five extractions, and a new denture, I am very happy. Denture is great. Fits very well and looks natural. Pay him a visit. You will be happy you did.

Love this place! Everyone on staff is courteous and communication is thorough and above board. There are no surprises to cost because that is communicated beforehand. The location is great too! Super accessible from all points in the city esp in South Philly! I’m so glad that the service is awesome AND I can walk there in 5 mins:)

I am so grateful for Dr. Regni and his staff. Dr. Regni is an awesome doctor, very patient, answers all questions and have a strong passion for what he does, helping people. I was very impressed with my first consultation and returned back with my husband to become a patient here as well.. I was even excited to found out that his office offers alternative payment options, this was a plus for me because it's very rare to find a holistic doctor that accepts alternative payments. My husband and I look forward to returning for our next visit. :)

I’m ecstatic my teeth are beautiful and functional again. I got my smile back. Dr. Regni did a great job and used material that was compatible with my body. As a biological dentist Dr. Regni is concerned with your overall health not just fixing teeth. I’m so glad I found him. The work and pricing are clearly explained. Excellent, holistic, preventive care.

Dr. Regni and his staff were excellent! While visiting my daughter from Tampa, I broke a tooth. My daughter had recently found Dr. Regni for herself and was very happy with them so she encouraged me to call in the off chance that they would be able to see me. They not only were able to fit me in but they were extremely soothing to talk to on the phone and handled everything very professionally. From the time I walked into the office I was made to feel like I was a long time patient of theirs and not an out of town emergency. Dr. Regni was excellent. The entire time i was in his chair I didn't have a moment of pain or discomfort. He continually asked if I was okay and if I had any pain before he proceeded from one thing to another. The entire process was easy and I was able to go on with my day as if nothing happened. I still live in Tampa, but as long as my daughter is living in Philadelphia, I will plan my appointments with Dr. Regni! Thank you to Dr. Regni and thank you to his staff!
