I.Dentical - All About Your Smile

I have been going there for 4 years for my veneers. Little did I know…one of the tooth was not suitable for veneer at all. It all became clear to me now after I went to an Endodontist. The tooth started decaying probably when I fell as a kid, which I didn’t even know until my Endodontist educated me on it. Looking back into my old xray, now, I can see what a decay tooth looks like. Since I got my veneer on that tooth, I’ve encountered gum pimple, infection, and now root canal. BUT NEVER ONCE did they tell me the real reason. All this time I thought maybe some food was stuck in there. After paying $$$ to get these veneers, I almost lost this tooth and needed an implant. I CAN NOT imagine if I didn’t go to the Endodontist… what kind of damage they would’ve cost.

When I 8 years old, I got into an accident and knocked out my front tooth. Since then, I have had that same tooth fixed and replaced about 7 times. 1 tooth, turned into 2, turned into 3, turned into 8 and then ultimately turned into 10 crowns. I saved up for 5 years to get my teeth fixed, to have a dentist in the Poconos leave me with discolored teeth and messed up gums. I found Dr.Yanez on Instagram after years of researching the right dentist with the skills and artistic edge, I needed for my case. From beginning to end the office was phenomenal. The receptionist, assistants, Michelle, Dr.T and Dr.Yanez are just magic makers. They are the top skilled in my opinion, in their craft and it shows in what they leave their patients. For almost 25 years, I dreaded my smile. Not only does it mess with your confidence, you can’t feel like a person after a while. Going through so many reconstructions by other dentists, left me vulnerable; and each time- Identical showed compassion and empathy for what I was going through. For the first time in my life since I was 8, I can smile proudly. I can smile and feel good about myself. I am a singer but also in the medical field and not being able to sing because I was trying to not show my teeth was challenging. Now I can finally show the world what I’m made of and have no fear. Thank you so much Dr.Yanez and team for making me, me again. If you want the best; then Dr.Yanez is it. If you want to smile again, then look no further. I’ve been worked on by dentists in NY,NJ and the Poconos and NO ONE compares to the artistry of dentistry like Identical all about your smile.

After another veneer popped off last night, I decided it was time to write this review. 4 years ago, I had 2 bridges and 4 veneers done. Here’s the journey since the initial work was finished… Veneer #1 fell off 2 weeks later, was put back on, but was too short, so it had to be taken off and a new veneer was made. Veneer #2 fell off 2 months later and again 6 months after that. Veneer #3 fell off 2 and 4 years after original cementing. Veneer # 4 is the only one that has not come off. I do not bite into any food and only chew on my back molars. When I floss, the floss is pulled through instead of yanking it down. Basically, I do everything I can to keep the veneers in place. Also, during a regular cleaning, a hygienist chipped one of my bridges. It was repaired but you can still see the imperfection. I regret getting all this dental work done. I’m leaving 2 stars because they were responsive in fixing the problems that arose.

So far I've received very good care but an experience with a dental practice evolves over time so my rating is tentative.

Best greatest experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was nice and very helpful. I got on Septa and was giving out the number and showing people his instagram and Facebook page. Thank you thank you. He gave me back so much confidence.

The team here is really fantastic from the reception to the technicians! I bring my two small children (2 & 4) and they are so kind and patient with them, my kids never cry! They are also flexible and easy when my kids are waiting for me to be seen. The technicians take great care and time when cleaning the teeth, they never feel rushed! All around a great dentist that I highly recommend!

If ure not already a patient here..u should be..excellent staff/very professional/I was always afraid of dentist..they make you feel relex.... U feei good & u end up looking great.. It's a wonderful experience(Dr.Yanez & his team:Aida, Erica ,Michelle, Amy, Jitu. The music is calming and transcendent. The place is immaculate..

I.Dentical is about as good as it gets for the dentist. The environment is wonderful, all staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors and technicians do a great job by providing thoughtful care. The responsiveness is top notch - Dr. Yanez once drove into the office on a Saturday morning when they were not open to refit a crown that had fallen out the night before. I highly recommend I.Dentical if you're looking for a dentist in Philadelphia.

The staff at I.Dentical are so nice! I've been to a number of dental offices throughout the city in the past 10 years, and I.Dentical is by far and away the best.
