I had not been to the dentist in a LONG time and was very anxious about going. Dr. Ridge put me at ease and got me set up with everything I needed. The rest of the team is just as strong. Everyone at the front desk is so helpful and easy to get in touch with to make and adjust appointments. Highly recommend.

A close friend of mine recommended Dr. Ridge and Philadelphia Dentistry and I am so glad he did. From the second I walked into the practice, I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Ridge is so incredibly friendly, compassionate, and has the most incredible rapport-building skills. He treats you like a person and even takes time to get to know you on a human level (example: asks you what you do for a living, asks you where you’re from, etc). He provided a lot of reassurance especially since my last dental encounter was so traumatizing. His assistant, Jess, was incredibly lovely and gentle. Additionally, all of the people at the front desk are friendly and just look happy to work there so you can tell that they’re well taken care of by the owner of the practice. I’m so glad to have found my new dentist and I am sad that it took me this long to find them.

Dr. Jeon and assistant Jessica did amazing work on my cavities and filling! I love them so much! They put so much time and effort to make my teeth flawless. Thank you again!

RUDE, RUDE, Ruuuuuuuude. The man who goes over the billing was so rude and everything seemed so rushed. His whole attitude was like are you going to give us your money or not. That is the main reason I never went back. If you’ll rush me out the door I can’t imagine what the staff does rushing any oral services.

Can't say enough great things about Philadelphia Dentistry! I had a crown that broke and needed to be replaced. Having a crown done the first time(by another practice) was not fun, so I was not looking forward to having it removed & replaced. Dr. Jeon and Val did a great job! It was easy and painless and the front office staff was great with scheduling and communication. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

this practice is allllll about money!! i went to them for a cleaning as i haven’t had one in a long time, they knew this and tried to take advantage of me. they gave me sealants on several teeth and told me i had several other bad cavities. they had an insane price tag on each cavity filling so i insisted on going somewhere else to get them filled, they attempted several times to get me to put a down payment on a a payment plan for the fillings and even told me they could do them that day. when i went to a different office for a second opinion they told me the sealants were unnecessary and that i had no cavities. no cavities !!!! it’s one thing to exaggerate and to preventative measures, but to lie to patients ????? worst practice i’ve ever been to. to think that they were about to drill into perfectly healthy teeth is lawsuit worthy. don’t go here, even for the free cleaning.

Hi, I am from NJ. I came to my consultation appointment early so that I can fill out paper work, as advised. Due to the street parking and heavy traffic that the practice is well aware of, I thought it would be courteous to call and let the front desk know I may be 2-3 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, due to the unavailable parking. (Be mindful that after finding my name in the schedule, speaking to the receptionist is just obviously adding on more time.) I was told by Ahjanae my options which were to come at 4pm, or go home. I advised her that option would not be accommodating, as I am 40 minutes and a toll bridge away. She then offered to schedule me for a completely different day. Not being able to come to my appointment due to your practice not having the available parking is very disappointing, especially when we're talking less then five minutes. So disappointing having to waste my time, energy and money. Due to location, your practice needs to be understanding of the traffic outside of your building which is ultimately out of your patients control, especially out of town patients who do not expect troubles involved in street parking.

Back when I came for my first visit they were already recommending a crown and signing me up for installments. It was my 1st visit. Unfair to try and scam young people. My teeth are literally fine. Came a few more times for routine care but stopped after being asked to cancel my appts to give to others… only pro was that my dr was really nice

I had such a wonderful experience today in the office. I truly felt cared for and listened to by my dental hygienist, Kim and dentist Dr Ridge! Kim is superb. The way she explained my care plan was both educational and easy to follow. My dentist Dr Ridge is also excellent. I appreciate his calm and cool bedside manner. I have also been impressed with his technical skills. I feel very lucky to have these two professionals taking care of me.

Excellent work from Philadelphia Dentistry. Great dentists, support staff, desk staff, etc. Clean, nice office. Efficient work and great appointment times. This office definitely cares about your long term dental care 😁

My experience here was exceptional. Every staff member was kind and genuine. My appointment started right on time, my exam and cleaning was thorough. The hygienist and dentist took the time to plainly explain what was going on during my visit, the findings and next steps. I felt very well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone.

Stephen does not give me any useful information regarding billing. He makes false statements like oh we already submitted your claim. Me and my boyfriend went their together, my boyfriend already got his bill from Delta Dental and it was completely not covered for the visit. If they submitted same day why didn’t I get my statement from Delta Dental yet? He also talks over me when I try to talk. Very unpleasant experience. The dentist was alright. I got a second opinion and I definitely would never go back again and would not recommend. They don’t give you full disclosures it’s kind shady.

The most comfortable place I've ever been. Phila dentist, eliminated all of my childhood fears, just in 2 visits. I HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for the best dentist, you have your answer.

Awesome first time at Philly Dental This was the first time that I’ve been to the dentist that my X-ray’s were not painful. Alyssa was amazing!!!

Please please please be careful. When you go to them for a loan pre approval for one of their services, make sure they don’t do to you what they did to me. I have a large unauthorized loan on my credit report from this facility that I did not approve. I went in to this dental office to INQUIRE about Invisalign, they pre approved me for a loan and I said I would think about if I want to move forward with the Invisalign. Next thing I know, a loan is in my name that I did not authorize. I will be filing a dispute and taking this further until it’s removed from my credit report.

I would give zero stars if that was an option! This dentist is ALL sbout the money! My daughter was told by my dentist in MD that her tooth needed to be pulled. She made sn appointment and went back to Philadelphia. Her tooth abscessed again so she went to Philadelphia dentistry. She was told that he could save her tooth.They charged her almost $1900, only to be told two weeks later (by an endodontist they referred her to) that there was no way that tooth could have been saved!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

It's taken me awhile to write this review as I'm still processing the trauma I underwent there. I went I foe a single painful tooth. They told me I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled and they would be able to take my insurance. The insurance part was a lie as and I was charged >2k. Went I went there for the fillings the dentist was so rushed and short with me. I dont understand was perfectly nice to him and came to him for help.. He actually got up and left halfway through and his technician finished the job. She was nicer and better than him anyway. I saw a different dentist and she told me that all those other fillings were unnecessary and I was likely being taken advantage of so they could make more $$

This places has a great vibe and the staff is awesome. I've been coming here for about 12 years and Kim makes me feel right at home.

These guys are great and I mean the whole team. I have had a positive experience with Dr. Ridge and everyone I have encountered at the office. They were warm, professional and very thorough. As a new patient I came in with a few issues including the removal of a tooth and eventual implant. They walked me through every step and detail of my treatment plan including my insurance coverage and payment before we started and through out my treatment. They made what would normally be a very unpleasant experience pleasant and I always felt like I was in good hands. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had by far and my teeth have never been healthier or looked better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire staff is excellent! Dr. Ridge did a great job with my dental work. Highly recommend this practice.
