Worst dental office in west Philly. As a new patient they set up an appointment with me. Only to tell me that they wanted me to go back to whence I came. Instead of simply transferring my records just to do a simply basic cleaning. Not a deep cleaning. Because the dentist I normally go to doesn't have a hygienist any longer. Very rude, crude, socially unacceptable and unprofessional I would agree with others reactions upon going there for care. Just another sub par facility in it's own right here in the city of Philadelphia.

The only issue is that the dentist will start working on your mouth knowing that you’re insurance won’t cover the next step of the procedure. For example your insurance may cover to get your teeth pulled to get dentures but won’t cover the molding work or the actual implants. You’ll be put in a situation to pay out of pocket for the rest or walk around with missing teeth until you find a place that will accept your insurance for the whole procedure. This happened with my mom and her health partners insurance. They told us that they accepted the insurance but “called it in to see if the insurance covered the rest after my mom got her teeth pulled”. The dentist definitely knew this information giving that he deals with patients for a living with the same insurance and circumstances. He’ll do his job good but he will also take advantage if the opportunity is given. She paid all of her expenses out of pocket but have nice dentures. Just make sure your insurance will cover everything before getting your mouth looked at.

By far the worst Dentist I have ever encountered. So unprofessional and rude!! He didn't exam me or anything, told me he doesn't go over other people's work and for me to go back where I came from. I would never recommend anyone there!!

This is by the far the WORSE dentist office I have ever been too. He is very insensitive, he has a very smart mouth and nothing about him is welcoming or friendly. He got upset with me because I was supposed to go back after my very visit to have a tooth pulled but when the tooth had started to bother me I couldn't get an appointment so because of the pain I was experiencing I scheduled a emergency appointment else where and the other dentist office pulled the tooth. Long story short when I did go back to him for a second visit he immediately got upset with me because I went to another office to get that tooth pulled and the way he spoke to me was completely inappropriate.!!! I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to anyone. Be aware people!!!

The dentist is very unprofessional and insensitive . Today I went to have my tooth pulled and was already nervous about the procedure . He came in the room and said to me " AND WHAT TOOTH ARE WE PULLING AGAIN ? I simply asked him HOW ARE YOU ABOUT TO PULL MY TOOTH OUT , Asking me what tooth are we about to pull ? Then he had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't being polite . No you're not being professional Sir !!!! Then he basically kicked me out . I am never again patronizing him or his practice . He only getting a star so I can post my review .

Was really hoping to visit this place because I am in horrible pain and in need of an extraction and antibiotics, but they are super unprofessional. They have no website and no real web presence and in all of the various entries where you can find their info online they don't post their hours (they open at 9.) Then there is no information about whether or not they accept walk-ins. They didn't actually answer the phone until 9:15, and then when they finally picked up the woman said "Hello?" and then almost immediately hung up. I called back and FINALLY got through just to find out they had no openings... which is probably for the best, because if it's this difficult just to get information, I can't imagine how they actually run their practice.
