I have good insurance that pays for almost all procedures. They delayed my visits to them, and ended up putting in the wrong size crown. I am not satisfied with their quality of service. Doctors don't care about their patients! I do not recommend this clinic.

There was a mix up with the appts. of my husband and I as far as the exact dates, so I showed up at "his appt" date when the card they gave us said it was "my appt" and he was at a later date. They were very nice about it though and still let me take "his place" at the appt. However, the only thing I didn't like is how heavily they rely on the confirming text for the appt. I am a night shifter so I sleep all day. So, i missed both their calls and they are closed by the time I wake up. And I honestly am just focusing on getting to work and packing lunch etc. when I wake, so I'm not focused on my phone notifications. So, I saw that they texted but I put it off and eventually forgot about it throughout the night. But since I didn't technically confirm the already set appt. they basically gave my spot away and they had to "squeeze" me in and hour later. That was hard because I was up all night and I had to put off sleep even further, even though I showed up to the appt on time. But besides that little mishap, everyone there was very nice and kind about everything and the dentist was as well. She made sure I didn't have any questions and that I understood everything. I will be back!

DR Zielinski is the BEST! WISH I HAD FOUND HIM YEARS AGO. Had a dentist that hurt me so bad that I stopped going thinking all were like that. About 6 years ago I cracked a tooth and found Dr Zielinski in yellow pages. HE WAS AWESOME!. The staff is also amazing. Melanie is the best! So professional and caring. Office staff so helpful with appointments, follow up, and I'm greeted like a good friend...I don't mind going to the dentist anymore.
