I am not one to write reviews but I would like to say I called in to this office today after being referred to call from another dentist. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, she mentioned I should call a specific dentist for my 5 year old son and I told her we have actually went their before and we are looking for somewhere new do to having a bad experience she responded by saying don’t expect us to work any miracles. I was very upset by this response as I was already upset and flustered and was just told what a great place for kids this dentist was. I will never call back.

First visit today; I was trying to find a dental office concentric to both home and work and had passed this office a few times. What a pleasant surprise this practice is! Dr. Stetson is totally engaging, and Diana and he play off each other with distracting banter. He lets you know what's happening through out the procedure and is very gentle while working. We also discussed a plan forward with a bridge that has some decay underneath (bummer). Proactively, he has already sketched out a plan forward with approximate costs. I'm sold on these folks!

I carefully chose The Woods after plenty of research into local dentists who accept Penn State's grad student insurance and I'm extremely satisfied with my choice. The facility is very nice and very clean, the staff was quite kind, and Dr. Stetson was fantastic. I felt very well taken care of and I'll certainly be returning as a regular. The office is upstairs after entering the front door beneath the large sign with the lions.
