Office Staff worked with me incredibly well, when I had to be fit in with a broken tooth. Dr Haywood was great to work with and I hate going to the dentist. He explained all my options now and all the way to the end which would leave me with a perfect, white smile. Explaining the whole time that however we proceeded was always my choice. The staff was so good they even got me back that afternoon for a full debridement and cleaning by Amanda, who did a wonderful job. Overall the people are what make the practice, and I dealt with nothing but great people all around!

Dr Haywood is amazing. I had a crown that was loose and he was able to bring me in the office on a saturday and rebuild the post for the crown. I was very close to losing the crown upon examination. The best dental place I have been to hands down! There is free space to park, The location was conveniently located by the highway. The staff was very funny and friendly. They made sure they did whats best for me whether services were covered under my insurance or not. The doctor did measurements on my teeth and gumlines (something i cant ever remember being done) and he let me know he had a plan in place to keep my teeth intact and smiling bright. You can see the care the doctor has for his patients through the thoroughness of his work. They make you feel like family from the phone to the front door and I am glad I was recommended to this place.

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled (I have had a few done previously and else where) and Dr. Haywood and Madi worked me into their schedule. From the very beginning, the experience was different. Typically my lips, cheeks and even nose will be numbed. This time, I was worried that I wasn't numb enough because I could still feel my face. I was wrong. Dr. Haywood and Madi knew what they were doing. They did such a great job, that my mouth never started throbbing as the medication wore off. It was by far the best tooth removal experience I have ever had. Dr. Haywood provides a treatment plan and you learn why the plan was created specifically for you- not just, hey- you have a cavity to fill. The care and concern for each patient is truly admirable! I will be switching my entire family over to Dr. Haywood for cleanings, tooth removals, implants and whitening. I love that he covers it all!

Dr. Haywood and his staff have been excellent with my dental wellbeing. I have been going to him for several years because another dentist informed me that I would need implants. I started with Dr. Haywood because he does the implant procedure from beginning to end right in his office. Dr. Haywood, found that I had a very serious bacterial infection in my mouth which other dentists did not treat. This caused my teeth and gums to have problems. He did a bacterial DNA test and treated it the right way. Because of the long-term issue with this, some of my teeth deteriorated and that is the reason I now need implants. He and his staff have been very informative and have provided the necessary information for doing the implants and the proper procedures to have success in replacing several teeth. I have been very pleased with the excellent care and dedication that he and all of his staff have toward his patients. After many years of going to other dentists, I finally found Dr. Haywood and feel like I am on the right tract for better dental health. In 2006, I had bonding done to cover the gap between my two front teeth. It fell out in May 2020 and my teeth were left shaped in a bizarre way (I’ll attach pics). The 2006 dentist had to alter my teeth to put the bonding material on. I finally made the decision to get veneers and I am SO thankful I found Dr. Haywood. He has truly changed my life. My expectations were exceeded. The entire experience, start to finish, was professional, yet personable, and I felt like I was in great hands. I 100% recommend Dr. Haywood. (P.S. Also, for anyone out there that is afraid of dental work, he provides sedation. Not just for oral surgery. For ANYTHING.)

Had a need for emergency tooth extraction my dentist does not pull teeth. Referred me to an oral surgeon in Towson soonest appointment was April 14 and required a consultation before during anything.
