Fantastic dental practice not just for me but the whole family. The team is great and really hears the needs of their patients. Even our teenage friends don’t ‘hate’ the dentist anymore!!

I have hesitated to write a review because I am afraid that my writing will not reflect the excellence you can expect from The Gentle Dentist. So let me start by saying that I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Geetha. My family has needed everything from typical check-ups, cavities, crowns, orthodontics and endodontics. While the THOUGHTS and ANTICIPATION of some of those things can be terrifying, the reality at The Gentle Dentist is that it just isn't bad at all. In a nutshell, Dr. Geetha is very gentle while doing thorough and efficient work in all areas of dentistry. Regular Check Ups: Dr. Geetha's hygienists are timely and thorough with their exams and cleaning. If a dental problem is discovered during a check up, Dr. Geetha takes the time to show images of the issue and educate her patients on the next steps toward correction. Cavities & Crowns: I still have dental trauma from my childhood dentist so I feel very scared when I need a filling or crown. That said, Dr. Geetha has done several of each for me and it has never been a bad experience. She even administers novocaine gently so you don't have to fear that either. The most unpleasant aspect is the sound of the drill, but you won't feel it. Orthodontics: AMAZING!! I went to Dr. Geetha for my orthodontics and had really incredible results. I did their in-house version of invisalign which was every bit as effective as the name brand, but more cost efficient and more convenient since their staff make the aligners in the office rather than contract out to a lab. Aesthetically, my teeth look beautiful, and that is a huge win but here is the best part: I have suffered from chronic headaches all of my life and within a week or two of wearing my aligners, my neck and jaw tension was gone and my headaches decreased dramatically. Prior to my ortho treatment, I would get 2 - 3 headaches per week. Over the course of my treatment, my headaches decreased to 1 -2 per month!!! Endodontics: There

Dr Srinivasan, and her entire staff are the nicest, most caring folks. This office offers the latest technology, and most advanced treatments, and the Dr. as well as the entire staff truly love what they do, and only have the patients best interest in mind. I recommend this Dr over and over, every procedure I have had has been done painlessly and with great care.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The dentist and staff calmed my daughter for her procedure, would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

If your child needs braces, please go to an Orthodontist. My son began Phase 1 braces last November at the Gentle Dentist. He had problems with his braces at least once a week. I had to bring him into the office regularly to get something fixed. I was told this is normal and he must not have been eating the right foods. Our last visit was right before Christmas last year to replace a piece that had fallen out. The very next day the piece fell out again. Our only option was to wait until after New Year to get it fixed again. I was done. I decided to get a second opinion at an Orthodontist. My son's Orthodontist recommended taking the braces out due to them not being put on properly and starting over. I was so glad we did. He has been in braces since January with no problems. I lost $700 for my son's terrible braces at the Gentle Dentist, but thankfully made the right decision for my son to leave.

If I could give 10 starts I would! I have found the best dentist right in my neighborhood. I had to change dentists because of an insurance change. You know how things happen for a reason, well this is one of those. Dr. Geetha specializes in dentistry but also in the way the mouth and teeth interact with the rest of our body. I recently went through treatment for cancer and she had so many good tips on what I should be doing to take care of myself. The staff were so very friendly. They all truly enjoy their profession and working at the Gentile Dentist. I highly recommend this business. Truly a gem in little ole Colleveville. Thank you everyone for making my experience a great one.

I have had extensive work done by Dr. Srinivasan. She is not only incredibly capable and talented, she is interested in and excited by what she is doing. My teeth were eroded and damaged by a very difficult pregnancy and GI issues. When I say extensive work, I mean root canals, crowns, replaced fillings, pulled teeth and bone grafts. I still have posts and implants to go, but I am not afraid because I am in wonderful hands. I have had to have two emergency appointments on Fridays that were both emergency pulls (excruciatingly painful to bear), and she was there for me. I'm generally skeptical of doctors and am as loyal to them as they are to their patients (which is usually not very). I will be seeing Dr. Srinivasan until she decides to move. In fact, my mom lives in Florida and gets her dental work done up here simply because she trusts Dr. Srinivasan so much! Do yourself a favor and join this practice as a patient. You will not need to fear a dentist's appointment ever again.

Went to get a root canal and they didn't finish it correctly...Got go back and get it finished with a crown ...gonna get my cleaning done and a few cavities fixed and then. Never again....very nice folks but not great dentistry...I would not recommend going there...ever for anyone who wants their teeth done right the first time....

Dr. Geetha and her team are amazing and professional. I had a very tough and complicated case. Dr. Geetha always went above and beyond in providing patient care and attention that was needed to have an incredible outcome. Dr. Geetha and her entire team are very personable, caring and always making sure my family and I have the best care possible.

I saw Dr. Foore at this practice for most of my adult life and loved the practice. When he retired last year, I feel the practice changed a lot. I felt like I was being pushed into one unecessary expensive procedure after another, they were bait and switching prices, then switching strategies leading to more cost, and always in a rush. If I asked a question for clarification, the response was "well, you can refuse treatment." I wasn't having any issues until they replaced a filling (which they claimed was necessary). After that, I ended up with pain for months. When I had them look at it, they didn't even take an x-ray. It took a new dentist and several specialists to resolve the problem...which would not have resolved under the Gentle Dentist "treatment plan".

The people here are friendly and professional. I have vertigo and can't lay back too far in the chair. When I let my hygienist know this, they show adjust the chair so I am comfortable. Also, one hygienist recommended wearing an appliance at night because she detected signs that I was grinding my teeth as I slept. I was doubtful but got the appliance. Then I thought, you paid for it, you might as well try wearing it. I did so. Lo and behold, much to my surprise, the chronic daily headaches that plagued me for years vanished just about overnight. I still get headaches, of course. We all do. But mine have become occasional nuisances rather than daily skull-splitters. Thank you to the Gentle Dentist! Keep up the great work!

Dental work always makes me anxious, however Dr. Geetha’s numbing skills are amazing , and the staff are helpful and kind!!

I have been going to The Gentle Dentist for well over a decade! I can't imagine trusting my family's dental care to anyone but Dr. Geetha and her team. I truly can't say enough about the ENTIRE staff; they all make you feel like family! I am quite a baby when it comes to dental work, but am always treated kindly and with the utmost of care. Dr. Geetha and her team always go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during procedures. In addition to routine dental care, my 4 children have all received their orthodontic work here as well. They listen to my children, make them feel comfortable and are so very understanding when a bracket needs to be replaced or an Invisalign needs adjusting! So very patient! I can't express how wonderful it is having both dental and ortho in the same place! Our family is nothing but thrilled with the Gentle Dentist! We highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Geetha and Team!

Amazing Staff, Amazing Dentist. Great experience from the beggining to the end! I was putting off going to the dentist becasue of certain fears. I am so grateful I went. They put to rest every fear and answered all my questions.

After being terrified of a dentist for years, I finally found these gems! Geetha is SO gentle and everyone makes you feel right at home there. I would suggest this place to anyone! They really have helped put my anxiety at ease when it comes to my teeth.

The staff was friendly, personable, and caring from the girls at the front desk to the dental assistants and the doctor. Everything needed was explained in length to be sure I understood and plan set in place. I would strongly recommend this practice they definitely make you feel at home.
