Dr. Busch has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have been nothing but extremely saitisfied. I have had cleanings and exams, orthodontics, and a dental implant among other things. I have always been amazed by the level of knowledge the staff possesses and how they always seem to be on the forefront of new technologies, methods, and prodedures. Patient satisfaction is clearly a top priority as the staff is exceptionally friendly and compassionate and the office nothing short of immaculate. The atmosphere in the office manages to be welcoming and comfortable while still maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. Dr. Busch take his commitment to the patient above and beyond by following up after tricky procedures to ensure that you are feeling alright and having no further issues. My family and I have been getting our dental work done at dr.bush family dentistry for many years. My husband recently had all his top teeth removed and a denture made dr.bush personally called to check on my husband after he had his teeth pulled . Horrible experience! I called prior to coming into our appointment to inform them that my children's dental insurance had changed. She told me that they do not participate with that insurance but that I would pay upfront and my insurance would reimburse 100 percent of what my insurance allowed. She said that I may have a small copay. I asked her several times what the copay would be and she said oh maybe $25 and no more. Wrong! She completely mislead me! I ended up having to pay almost $300 out of pocket for a regular cleaning visit for my children! Complete rip off! Not to mention that their billing person was completely rude and argued with me when I called her to discuss the issue. Not a very professional place! They will reel you in and then shock you with a huge over-priced bill! Will never go back to this place ever again!
