Front office is horrible. They treat you like a number. Office is to busy. Dr. Shemo tries and fails to treat too many patients at that same time. No communication between staff. I asked Dr Shemo if I could use the bathroom before anything was done. When I came back the room was being cleaned and set up for the next patient. Then after half the work was done they forgot about me again. Then tried to send me home without ficing the tooth I was most concerned about.
