I had a unique situation where my dental coverage was about to expire and I needed two gumline fillings before this would occur. I asked the dental office to please squeeze me in so that I wouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for the fillings directly out of pocket. Unfortunately they would not make any inconvenient adjustments to accommodate my situation. I called Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and the friendly and kind person advocated for me with Dr. Yousef and despite the fact that he would be working late that day, because he would be leaving the state in two days, he took me in the day after I called. He did a fantastic job with the gumline fillings I needed and the entire experience was painless. Needless to say, I won't return to my previous dentist. Sometimes in the healthcare field, a patient will have an unusual situation. That's where the care and concern for the patients comes in..I will continue with Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for all my dental work. They are simply wonderful to their patients.
