Dr. Omar Cruz and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I ripped my filling out and they got me in on short notice. They did a great job, I highly recommend. I will be going back for any future dental needs!

I broke a tooth while on a cruise ship. The next port was San Juan, and I called when we got there to see if Ashford Dental could take me. They could, they did, and they were wonderful! Dr. Cruz asked questions and really listened to my concerns. He gave me an option of a less expensive, temporary fix that could get me home. I so appreciate that, because it shows that they aren’t in it to just get as much money as possible. And Dr. Cruz was extremely gentle and nice, and he talked me through the whole procedure. Highly recommended!

Dr. Cruz explains every option available he takes the time needed to gave choices about different treatments. He also take time to make the patient comfortable during the visit. This is my 2nd tooth implant at this office same attention, punctuality and service by all the personnel. The best place no doubt about it!

Terrible customer service and front desk organization. Tried reaching out multiple times to get an appointment scheduled for an implant, and was completely ignored. The front desk staff can be pretty rude / passive aggressive as well. I recommend finding a different dentist if you don't want to jump through hoops just to get an appointment.

They don't answer the phone. Update 10/18/22: They cancelled my appointment because I posted that they don't answer the phone. This is what passes for professional here in PR! Almost 2 months waiting for a emergency extraction and they randomly cancel your appointment! Find yourself a real dentist that respects his clients.

ashford dental has single handedly cured my fear of dentists. the entire staff is friendly and they are always on time. I find the prices extremely reasonable especially considering the experience. today I had an appointment for 2 fillings at 1pm and was in my car heading home by 1:35. cant recommend them enough!

I really enjoy this dentist! The office is very organized and the evaluations are done quickly. I appreciate that they value your time and get you in and out for whatever you're there for.

Bilingual staff, friendly. Clean and modern facility - digital x-rays and ultrasonic teeth cleaning tech. They only serve adults. The best part, the make appointments and actually take you at the appointment time (unlike every other doctor or dentist I have experienced in Puerto Rico). It’s like stateside service 🤯

Buenas facilidades y equipos bastante modernos. El Dr. Omar Cruz es joven, amable y comunicativo. Explica todo muy bien y con imágenes en un televisor para que el paciente pueda comprender exactamente de lo que habla. Hoy fue mi primera visita y mi primera impresión en recepción cuando entro y digo buenos días y no me contestaron fue horrible, me dieron ganas de virar para irme, pero decidí darle una oportunidad al doctor ya que fue muy bien recomendado. Por suerte cuando entre la asistente y el doctor cambiaron mi opinión del lugar. Me habían dicho que el estacionamiento era gratis por dos horas y cuando baje el don dominicano me cobro $3..🤔

*unprofessional receptionist staff day of; poor at communicating w/patients. highly recommend others SEEK DENTAL CARE ELSEWHERE.* i made an appointment on june 22nd with #AshfordDentalPR for the following week. the person with whom i made the appointment was bilingual (spanish/english) which was important to me. she was also detailed in answering my questions about pricing and services provided. i was given an appointment for 8:30a with #AshfordDentalPR. on the day of my 8:30a appointment i arrived approximately 25 minutes early. there was a couple ahead of me. i signed in for my 8:30a appointment then filled out and returned the paperwork given to me. about 10 - 15 minutes after my arrival four other patients (?) arrived. nearly A HALF-HOUR AFTER my scheduled appointment, and two (three?) of the other patients were called into the back before me, i am called/ushered in to sit in a dental chair. the dental assistant (?) directs me to the chair, places a bib on me, and then leaves. another half-hour passes. it is NOW ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED 8:30A APPOINTMENT and the #AshfordDentalPR / #AshfordDental dentist *** has not approached me **** and there is no other acknowledgement from anyone. at approximately 9:35a i take off the bib and walk to the receptionist desk. the person with whom i spoke to make the original appointment is now present. i ask her to confirm that i had an 8:30a appointment. she remembers me (because i asked for someone bilingual and, again, she remembers my detailed questions i guess) and says "yes, i remember your appointment was for 8:30a." however in her next breath she said it looks like someone changed my appointment to 10a. did i received confirmation call from the office the day before my appointment to confirm the time? no. (this is ok. i'm an adult and i should be able to manage my calendar accordingly to be on time.) when i arrived at 8:05a and said my appointment was for 8:30a, did the two people at the receptionist desk tell m

BEST doc experience in Puerto Rico. He took me at the time of the appointment, which if you live in PR you know this is unheard of and you wait minimum 3 hours in the waiting room. Super attentive, informative and helpful! I was blown away by the service and professionalism.

Amazing service Doctor Cruz took us right away while away on vacation for a last minute issue. The office is very clean and they were accommodating.
