My name is Rob. I am 40 years old. Recently one of my wisdom teeth broke in half, right at the gum line. The pain was awful. I called multiple dentists and was informed I would probably need an oral surgeon! The next available appointment for a surgeon would be over two weeks away!!! I was able to get in touch with Dr. Hillers. I walked in, no appointment. The staff worked me in before lunch! Before I knew it the tooth was removed!!! Within 30 minutes. I've been here all my life and had a great experience. Then they get these new young dentists and I am treated differently for some reason. I had to get a root canal done two days ago and usually they give a couple days worth of pain meds. Well I take Meloxicam n can't take IB at the same time so even if I wanted to just do otc meds, I couldn't. She acted as though I was a drug seeking criminal! I tried not taking anything for a day n stayed up until 4 am bc I was so uncomfortable. I have children n shouldn't have to worry about my tooth along w everything else I have going on. I paid $2000 out of pocket, w no insurance n I have to deal with the mess. I've never been so insulted in my life. It really adds insult to injury n I will be going somewhere else from now on. It's really sad bc I've always been treated very well up until now. This is very upsetting. I'm not sure where this new female dentist came from, or what she has seen, but she shouldn't carry that w her to her job n make ppl feel bad for something to routine. I'm offended more than anything.

I just so happen to come here a couple of weeks ago, I had some cracked teeth, which was causing me tremendous pain. Just walking in, and setting an appointment, the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and pain meds to hold me over. We developed a comprehensive plan, and had the first of three extractions today. Not only was the procedure less than 30 minutes (seriously, getting me prepped with the laughing gas took longer than the procedure), the dentist I had did a phenomenal job, and communicated her progress as she proceeded. I highly recommend this practice. They are all wonderful, very helpful and very cost effective.

Went in for filling, was told I needed a root canal. I got another opinion, had it filled, and it's still going strong after 8 years. I contacted them after my 2nd opinion and although they said that dentist didn't work there anymore, they stood by her diagnoses.
