Devine Dentistry will serve you with white glove customer service. We are new to SC and finding a dentist office was vital for me. I'm so glad that I called Dr. Kari Candela's office and spoke with Shay. She was so kind and pleasant. It's so important to have the right person to answer the phone and at the front desk. She made the search less stressful, I'm so grateful for her. Next, I was introduce to Alisha and the awesome customer service continued. Alisha, cleaned my teeth and conducted other dental procedures. She was so very patient, caring, and gentle. Additionally, she explained every step she conducted. Thanks Alisha for your gentle spirit. After Alisha, I met Dr. Candela. I can see were her staff gets the professionalism and top notch customer service from. She explained everything in fine detail and used analogies to help with my understanding. Job well done, Dr. Candela. Lastly, I met Abby, the office manager. Such a nice person, she made sure the financial information I needed was explained to me and I didn't feel pressured with making a decision right away. I am always so nervous before every appointment but when I get there, the entire staff is so kind and patient and comforting! The technician who did my cleaning constantly checked in to make sure she wasn’t hurting me, and she was very gentle yet very effective! And I have always had good experience with any technician there. Dr. Candela is also very kind and straight forward, which I greatly appreciate. I’m very self conscious about my teeth and they never make me feel bad, they just want to fix my teeth! I always leave feeling much better than when I went in

Devine Dentistry is an amazing place staffed by courteous, capable and efficient people. After a day of excruciating tooth pain I contacted my former dentist and was told they had no openings for several days. On the recommendation of a coworker I called Devine Dentistry late that same afternoon and they set up an appointment for me first thing the next morning. I arrived and was seen almost immediately. Dr. Candela and her hygienists quickly and carefully identified and explained my problem, gave me a referral with an endodontist, and prescribed medicine to alleviate my suffering. I cannot recommend Devine Dentistry highly enough!
