Mostly good. We have requested numerous times not to have the procedure with fluoride. And I'm noticed my wife did receive the procedure. I don't know why this keeps coming up. Please put it in our records to opt out of fluoride procedure. Thank you.

Great visit! Doesn't seem to fit for a dentist appointment, but my visits at Family Dentistry are always great visits! Dr Cook is excellent, respectful, and caring and his staff are all the same from hygienists to the office manager. My favorite is Miranda! She was my hygienist on my first visit and since then has always been a joy to see and talk to when I'm there for appointments! She's very kind!! I travel from Appling, Ga to Edgefield because the service at Dr. Cook's practice is so good! Well worth the drive!!

The aesthetics of the office, the office/dentistry peeps, the individual attention is unexpectedly pleasant… but kinda creepy and reminiscent of a time share sales experience. You should go over the costs with your patients prior to all the X-rays and dental explanations. My prior dental appointments were in and out and I never dropped $700.00 for my husband and I with private consultations in a private room. Maybe warranted, maybe not? We will be back as patients but we will ask for an estimate B4 we sit down in the dental chair next time. This is an honest assessment from someone that left the office pleased but stunned by the expense.

I was impressed on how you showed me the images if my mouth and if I had seen my images b4 along with the treatment plans I would have not delayed treatment. My teeth looked wretched. And was that mold I saw on one of my tooth. My mom have just stopped turning over in her grave bc I'm finally following her lead. She always stressed the importance of taking care of our teeth too. But I was very pleased with the entire staff. See you all Monday.Oh and I went home today and gargled with peroxide an flossed. Again thanks love your Profesionalism. Woo-hoo!
