Great!!!! That's what I experienced from entering into the lobby , my consultation and checkout!! Being seen by Dr.B!!!!! He examined with care and also watching for my wallet, giving options in all price range. His knowledge is very much appreciated as well as his chair side manner! I encourage anyone who wants to or needs a dentist in the Lowcountry, go to Goose Creek and see Carolina Cmplete Dental!!! YES....I AM AN ACTUAL PATIENT!!!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. They are by far the BEST dental practice in the Low Country. Their staff is knowledgeable, sweet, honest, helpful, friendly, and on time. I can’t say enough great things. They also have a new periodontist on staff Dr. Davis whom performed my recent gum surgery and oh my gosh! My teeth and gums are amazing! I wish I had done this sooner. He gave me a smile I have dreamed about. If your thinking about going trust me you should already be there.

Super kind staff. They listen, are patient & knowledgeable. They genuinely want to make sure their patients are healthy. Not just patching a problem, but total mouth health. They explain what they’re doing, what the plan is, and why they’re doing it. Someone with major dentist anxiety, I have been completely at ease. Thank y’all for what you do and how caring you are!!

I had a wonderful experience at the dentist. The young lady was very helpful and courtesies. I enjoyed the office experience; all the ladies were very nice and friendly as well as respectful. The atmosphere was great.

I've never felt so helpless in my entire life. My appointment was on 2/9. I was complaining of tooth pain. The doctor was not able to pin point the reason for my pain and referred me to Charleston Endodontics. She said she didn't need to prescribe antibiotics because my X-rays didn't show any inflammation. I explained to the doctor that the pain would come and go but when it does hurt my entire right side of my face hurts. I was told I could possibly need a root canal but it needed to be verified so that is why they were referring me to Charleston Endodontics ( I understood that) I left the office with my referral and one 800mg ibuprofen ( thanks to Jessica, she is awesome) That night the pain had intensified. Over the counter meds were not working. The pain was unbearable. I called the very next morning 2/10 at 7:06am to request a prescription for pain meds since the over-the-counter medicine was not working and the first available appointment with Charleston Endodontics was 4 days away. I was told by the receptionist that she will relay the message to the doctor and she will give me a call back. I called back after not received my call back after 1 hour because I'm in PAIN! And the office closes early on Fridays. THE NEXT RECEPTIONIST TELLS ME THERE HAS BEEN A PORTAL MESSAGE TO THE DOCTOR BUT SHE HASN'T RESPONDED. I will get a call when she responds. At that point I felt I was not valued as a patient. I felt like they were treating me as if I was a crazy person wanting strong pain meds. Well it is 3:55pm and still no callback and the office is now closed. How disappointing!!! I did end up going to Solomon Family Dentistry and got the help and answers I needed. They confirmed I needed a root canal and was surprised I wasn't offered pain meds and antibiotics. They were able to see some inflammation had already started. They even called Charleston Endodontics to see if they could see me today. I WOULDN'T recommend Carolina Complete Dental to my worst enemy.

I had awesome vist they took very good care of me I appreciate them the most can't wait to my next appointment we had amazing time they are absolutely the best Dental in the world woundful staff. ❤️🙏❤️🥰

Up until today, I was satisfied with my experience at CCD. The staff is nice and I believe competent. In early 2022, I had several appointments related to 2 crowns and a root canal. I also had cleanings. All of this was cash payment out of my pocket. My dental work was expensive. In June 2022, I picked up Cigna Dental insurance to help defray future costs. Also In 2022, my wife was diagnosed with cancer that required out of state treatment. Our out of pocket medical bills totaled over $16,000 in 2022. Thankfully, our medical insurance covered most of the cost. But how many people can pay $16K out of pocket? That was a necessary hit. In November of 2022, I went back to CCD for a cleaning. When Kim (very good hygienist) walked into room and told me she was going to take X-rays, I told her to NOT do anything that would NOT be covered by my insurance. She told me she would check. When she came back, she told me that 3 X-rays would be covered the 4th was not covered but she was going to do it anyway and I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. I reiterated I did not want be charged for anything the insurance did not cover. In December I get a text that says I owe them $136.00. I called and was told that they would check into it. I got another text yesterday to say I owed $136. I talked to billing who told me I needed the X-rays because it was a standard of care. I don't care if it is a standard of care. No one has the right to make decisions on my behalf without my approval and then make me pay for them. Billing said they would talk to the owner. I called back and asked Wendy If I could talk to the owner. I got a call back from Wendy saying I owed the $136 but the owner said he would split the cost (the owner did not want to talk to me) I was then asked to pay $106. How is that half? I asked how is that 50% and was given an unintelligible answer. Exasperated, I paid the $106 because they would turn the bill to collections. I also asked to cancel all future appoi

My visit to the dentist was awesome. Everyone was very nice. Brittany the RDH told me everything that she was doing. Made me feel very comfortable. What a wonderful Dentistry.

The staff at Carolina Complete Dental are always friendly and make you feel welcome. They did an outstanding job fitting and making my dentures. My last visit I did not have an appointment and they made time to see me and make an adjustment on my dentures. I highly recommend Carolina Complete Dental.
