Mirror Lake excels in their services from teeth cleaning to customer service. I have never walked into an office where I immediately feel like family. This is such an amazing practice and I recommend them to anyone in the Greenville area.

The staff at Mirror Lake are amazing! They are incredibly and consistently kind! They are very professional and genuinely putting the patients first…I had to get through my appointment quickly to be able to get to my son’s school carline in time to pick him up. They were super accommodating to my need and they did it with efficiency and smiles! Customer service is a huge deal to me and Mirror Lake exceeds my expectations every time!

Best Family Dentistry I have been around. Not only are they great at their work, they also care about you as a person. So happy that they are opening up a few days each week at 7:00am for those that are early risers.

This Dental Practice is top notch. Friendly staff, clean offices, felt very Covid safe and the Dr. was terrific. My hygienist Crystal did a great job.

Crystal was great when working on my teeth. She was thorough & was as gentle as she could be with my teeth. She is patient & pleasant to come see. Dr. Swinderman is easy going & very personable! He always remembers details about your life & family & genuinely cares about you as a patient. You don't feel like just a number there. He took over the position of my favorite former dentist (now retired) whom I miss, but wish him well. Dr. Swinderman is a good fit & was a good choice to take over the practice. This practice really cares!

Mirror Lake Dentistry staff members put you at ease, are very professional and provide high quality, thorough care. They are quick to recognize dental problems and identify affordable solutions. Appointments are "on time" so there is never a long wait once you arrive. If for some reason you need to change an appointment they go out of their way to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I appreciate a team of experts who do their job with excellence and in a timely manner! Did I mention they are also as caring as they are good? Who could not give them 5 stars!

So happy I found this wonderful practice when I moved to Greenville 2 years ago. Despite being new, I felt immediately welcomed and the staff always seemed to know who I was and to call me by name. Moved to SC 4.5 years ago. Met Dr. Swinderman at our kid's swimming meet. Call it luck or perfect coincidence, but what a fabulous practice, from the moment you walk in.

Every member of the staff, hygienist, and Dr Swinderman are so caring and attentive, I always love going by there! Being pregnant, my gums have been extra sensitive so they took this into consideration and I was still able to get an awesome cleaning!

After 30 years of being told that cleaning my teeth couldn’t be that painful- that it was my fault- that if I would just use sensitivity toothpaste- it’s all in your head... finally Dr Swinderman and Karrah listened to me and got me numb prior to cleaning.
