I have been a patient of Dr. Wych's for several years and cannot rave enough about his and his staff's work and demeanor. They help greatly with any anxiety you get from going to a dentist and you never feel like you are going to be judged when you go see them. The whole staff here are so nice and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable and heard. I have some previous bad experiences with other dentists and Dr. Wych heard my concerns and made the things that were important to me, also important to him. Ali was so helpful in making sure that I felt comfortable during the process and making sure that I didn’t feel anything at all. I cannot recommend this office enough if you are looking for complete, comprehensive care with with a provider who will treat you with the respect and dignity that you deserve!

The staff, super nice! Office was comfy and really clean. The bathroom was even cozy :) and clean. I am incredibly terrified of the dentist and so far so good. Poor Customer Service Experience with Reception. Called this past Monday/Tuesday to schedule a new patient appointment, the receptionist told me her earliest appointment was Thursday at 7am, she said she knew it was early and asked if it would work. I agreed and scheduled. I confirmed again at the end of the call my appointment and she said again Thursday at 7am. So now it is Thursday and I arrive at the dentist office to find out my appointment was actually scheduled for Aug 20th at 7am. Mind you I live in Cayce, SC and the dentist office is a half hour from my house. The receptionist (not sure if the same one who booked my appointment) did not seem to be very apologetic or didn’t even attempt to remediate the situation. All I got was “sorry” and I can call you if an earlier appointment comes available. For me personally actions speak louder than words and a simple, not very caring I’m sorry just does not cut it for me. Very disappointing, especially since I heard quite a few great things about the dentist. This was a very bad first impression and due to this I will be cancelling my appointment very soon.

Needed a lot of dental work done to restore my smile. I'm also quite anxious about dental work. From the moment of my first appointment, I knew I picked the right place. One week out from that first appt, I am already on my way to a perfect smile. Had a lot of work done under sedation and came out of it with no pain or issues. Amazing! Dr. Wych is gentle and honestly cares about his work and wants perfection. The entire staff is great, makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean and Dr Wych uses the latest technology. I also appreciate that he has very large solar panels in the back lot. I am looking forward to my next appointment (who says that for a dentist?!).

Every single staff member of this office is fantastic....from the front office to Dr. Wych! Going to the dentist isn't on the top of my bucket list. So when I had a loose tooth, I drove round to find someone who would help me. After going to 3 other offices the Art of Dentistry came to my rescue. Now I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years. This didn't matter, the tooth was extracted and they later scheduled a cleaning. After 6 months of dental care I'm looking forward to my new smile. I recommend the Art of Dentistry whenever you need dental help. The free trail mix and cookies isn't bad at all.
