I had the best experience ever here out of any dental practice I’ve been to. I felt very welcomed the moment I stepped inside, everyone was kind. As a new patient the visit takes longer than routine checkups but I was still in and out relatively quickly and didn’t feel rushed. Brie was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and explained/answered questions in detail and brought up any concerns she had about my teeth which I really appreciated. I have a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist and as we talked about that, I felt understood and better about how I can handle it going forward. I’ve never had someone take the time to explain why or how things are done, plus she is fun and pleasant to talk to! I also enjoyed meeting Dr. Herndon. She took the time to explain her findings and was welcome to questions and/or concerns. Thank you both! Before finding Family Dental, I was struggling to find a dentist where I felt the friendly, familiar vibe that I remember experiencing at my childhood dentist but now I’ve found it! I will actually keep up with my routine checkups that I’ve been neglecting to do for so many years.

Dr. Bolf has been great, but the business office stinks. In 2020 I had a $1000 credit which they failed to report in a timely manner and which they did not refund to me. In 11/22 they billed my wrong ins. account number, which they had been billing correctly for 4 years. They hounded me claiming I was not covered until I called the ins. co. myself and had them call the dentist to inform them of their error. In 1/23 I told them my ins. was changing and they were not in the network. They told me I had a $269 credit which they would refund to me after the 11/22 claim was processed. I later received the $269 refund and a bill of $68.40 about a week later. Now they are threatening to sue me because the bill is over 90 days past due. When did the 90 days start when they filed the claim incorrectly? They also wrote falsely that they "tried to contact"...me "concerning...credit card declination" when I never authorized them to bill this amount and have never had a credit card declination. They also falsely wrote that I "refuse to return"...their "phone calls and messages." when I have received none.

What a great place! All of the techs and front office employees have been very helpful and great to work with. They always take time to explain things and point me in the right direction. I absolutely loved my experience here with Doctor Herndon and her staff. My cleaning was enjoyable, and the staff was so nice, I loved my hygienist, she was so friendly and personable! Doctor Herndon saw me promptly and was extremely nice and explained my treatment plan so that I could understand what we were doing! I also received some teeth whitening treatment from them, and I could not be happier! 10/10 would recommend! Friendly Staff, Friendly Doctor, and a painless and quick experience!

I have not been to the dentist in a VERY long time and was definitely well over do. I originally called and asked a ton of questions and Tori immediately made me feel beyond comfortable. Obviously, I was still skeptical due to being nervous and anxious but when I arrived and sat in the chair Brittany made me feel like I had been there 10000 times. They were very understanding of financial situations as not everyone has $2,000+ to put into dental work all at one time. I can definitely say I will be going back until I don't have anymore teeth and even when I don't I'll have them do my dentures. No amount of thank you's will let them know how much I appreciate them for putting my anxiety at ease.

Terrible experience. Staff was very rude. They gave me three different reasons why they didn’t want to fix my chipped teeth that day. After explaining I really needed it done asap, they said they would start after showing me the price. They wanted to TEMPORARILY fix my teeth for almost $4,000, with a almost $2,000 (half of the total amount) being paid up front on the spot. This doesn’t even include whatever I would pay down the line when it’s time to actually do some dental work. I mean they were literally laughing as I was walking out like my pain and issue was some sort of joke. Needless to say I found another dentist and got better work from better people at a WAY more reasonable price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend a couple thousand every few weeks and be treated like a peasant. 0/10, will never go back.

It had been a few years since I have been to the dentist. I was anxious about having someone judge me and my teeth, but the dental hygienist was amazing. She put me at ease and walked me through the process. I felt taken care of, and like the team there wanted to help. The dentist took the time to understand my limitations and we came up with a plan. The front counter team is alway smiling and ready for my dad jokes. Great place!!
