From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by the most kind and caring people. I had complicated dental work and I was amazed at how easy they made it. Dr Hayes is such a compassionate and ingenious dentist. His assistant was wonderful. They gave me back my smile!

My children and myself are all patients. I’ve always had anxiety at the dentist, but it has completely disappeared since we found Dr. Hayes! None of us could even feel the numbing injection. He’s great, and the staff are very kind. It’s a very kid-friendly practice!

Staff was super friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. They offered an ismile plan that covers 2 cleanings, x-rays, and 20% off of other services (like fillings) which I loved.

Ok so you read lots of reviews people write so listen up as my commentary on ISmile is really important to read: So, you won’t find a better team of caring professionals than this group. Relatively small practice and very high touch. Kind of like the “Cheers” of dental practices. Please give them the opportunity to wow you!!

Dr Hayes is the best dentist I have ever been to. He puts you completely at ease and is very patient and kind when discussing treatment plans and options. His staff is also wonderful. I will never go anywhere else!

I like their in-office dental plan. Ellie is the best hygienist who explains & educates with experience, honesty and excellent customer service.

I had a great experience for my cleaning. My appt started right on time, Lisa my hygienist was great, Dr Hayes came in promptly to review and Anne at the front desk is always helpful and nice.

When I first came to town in March 2022 I shopped around for a dentist calling nearly every office in Mt. Pleasant. From the moment Nyah answered the phone, I knew I would be booking at iSmile. She was pleasant, informative and sounded happy. It means a lot to me when the staff sounds like they like their job. She sold me! My first appointment was with Ellie who did a deep cleaning of my teeth and told me things about dental health that I never knew before. She was extremely knowledgable and loved telling me all about what she was doing. I was fascinated with how much I learned from her. As is usual with me, I had to get some work done. Kerri Ann was assisting Dr. Hayes and was so patient with me. When she sensed me tensing up, she would place her hand on me to help keep me calm. We were so comfortable conversing I was ready to go out and have a drink with her after work! Dr. Hayes sings while he works. How cool is that?! As a vocal coach, I thought it was great. And yes, he has a really nice voice. He was so gentle and clearly keeps up to date with all the new procedures. I am 63 and I can honestly say he is the best dentist I have ever had. My last cleaning was with Meaghan and I’m still trying to figure out what H3O is all about. I’ll have to research that. Of course I can’t forget Anne, the patient coordinator. It’s no easy task to reschedule patients and she never made me feel like it was a problem. Not only is this a great office with an amazing staff, I’m honestly sad to leave them because I'm moving to another state. I was ready to ask if I could join in on their next office party!
