My very first visit today...I was very nervous going to a brand new Dentist office , however this turned out to be the best dentist appointment I ever experienced especially my dentist hygienist can't remember her name....African American Beautiful young lady made me feel so at ease....she explained everything in great detail to my understanding ... she was even better than the actual Dr. I would recommend this practice one of the very best! My hygienist Meghan was super gentle and talked me through everything...even though it was a routine cleaning that I had been avoiding for years due to fears of the dentist. No scary pokes and prods to find sensitive spots...top of the line imaging/x-rays showed any potential problem areas before I ever even had to say "aaaah." Dr. Vicente even smoothed out a bit of my permanent wire retainer that was bothering me. Definitely recommend & actually looking forward to going back! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Vicente, has a wonderful team! From walking in the front door, the front desk staff communicate very well, and they make things comfortable for me being a new patient. The person who cleaned my teeth did above and beyond her job, because I never had someone take some much time, and effort to clean my teeth, and they feel so much better! Dr Vicente, explains everything needed, for me to get my mouth in order, and his pleasant at doing so! Great job, at Northside Family Dentistry!!! As soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me by name with a smile even though it was my very first time. The paperwork was not excessive and my wait time was less than 5 minutes before I was called back. The hygienist, Alexandria, made me feel welcome, comfortable, and did a thorough job. When Dr. Vicente entered the room he also greeted me by name and shook my hand. I was made to feel valuable by everyone in the office. I was also impressed by how clean everything was, especially the bathroom which is a pet peeve of mine. It was an excellent visit and I will be back.

The hygienist was fabulous. She took her time and did a wonderful job. Then, the dentist came in, talked very fast, moved through my xrays with lightning speed, kept going in and out of the room, dodged my questions about alternatives to treatment, or prioritizing treatment... It just 'all needed to get done', and 'we have payment plans'. 2K worth of fillings. I couldn't believe it! So I got a second opinion. The dentist whom I trust, but is in ATL (so I emailed him my xrays) said I had ONE cavity, two at most.... The experience was alright, but it's a mill.... It's a turn and burn. I'll take my money elsewhere.
