as soon as i walked in the door they said i had to bring the money back today for my 2 crowns they had ready …. the nurse told me 2x & even thr dr told me … i will see u later today cause u need to bring the money for those 2 crowns & then up front 2 people told me … i had to go get the money for them today & come back … omg there were other clients there it was so embarrassing…they could of called me on the phone before i came in to tell me. … i went & borrowed the cash & brought back that day ( even though i lived on other side of town … it was ridiculous…. i called my ins company & they said they were going to pay all of it … that they did not give them enough information….. put they were paying the full amount so i go embarrassed for no reason…. been going there for several yrs & never have i been so humiliated in my life…..i didnt feel like a welcomed client i felt like i was just money to them … really upset me

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this is well deserved! I’ve had some rough experiences at dentists in the past, making it very difficult to find one that I fully trust. My initial visit today was fabulous from the very beginning! Jessica was super helpful in getting me in for a cleaning and trying to work me into the schedule for a crown as a new patient. Victoria was super patient and explained everything to me from start to finish. Dr Griffith had great bedside manner and actually took the time to gain rapport and provide a detailed explanation of his findings and upcoming crown procedure. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy dental team who truly care about their patients— Dr Griffith and his team do a great job of this! Very pleased with the service, highly recommend!

Had a bad toothache on a wisdom tooth on a Monday, I called for an appointment and they got me in the next day. It needed to be pulled out and the Doc numbed me up and pulled it out right then and there. I was out of there in less than an hour. And there was little to no pain after the anesthesia wore off and on the next day still no pain. I've only taken a couple of Tylenol. Very pleased with the experience and also I'm self pay and it was cheaper than I thought it would be as well.
