This dental office is amazing! I had an infected tooth and they got me in quickly and smoothly as a new patient. They showed care and concern over me as a customer. Everyone was also very friendly. I just recommended someone who should be calling soon to schedule an appointment.

This place is awesome. Smiles everywhere. Friendly is such an understatement. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist. The wife and I loved the color of the spacious lobby. We mentioned how much we liked it to the technicians and they went out to the shed to get the color code off of it. Just incredible how so many happy people could all be working in the same building.

Came to Lowcountry Dentistry when my longtime dentist retired. Dr. Haffner had a wonderful practice and she formed a great team. Dr. Manning Lloyd took over the practice, built on their great team, and has provided great dental care to our family. They are now part of our family….great care, warm, friendly, responsive and talented. Can’t find a better dental partner!

My family and I have been clients here for 10+ years and this office deserves 10+ stars they are that amazing! From Kim and the front desk crew to Melissa and Iris and the rest of the dental hygienist/assistant staff to Dr. Haffner! I LOVE going to the dentist because of this office and it's incredible staff. I also have quite a few coworkers that go here as well. Even when I moved to a new city I knew they were still worth the drive to be seen there. The are always prompt, friendly, personable and professional. Office is clean and appealing and the rapport I have built with them I trust there suggestions and medical advise. I've been able to get a quality spin brush and mouth guard from them that has continued t support my dental health. Even with relocating out of state, although I would like to fly in bi-annually to continue my dental care with them, as I search for a new provider Lowcountry Dentistry is the standard. I can not speak highly enough about this office! 10/10 recommend as your dental provider.

Love all the staff! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Their facility is clean. The practice is accommodating with schedule change needs and emergency dental visits. It is always a pleasure to come to this office!

If I could give this dental office a million stars I would! Everything about this office is incredible! How many times can you say that about a dentist office?! Seriously?! Dr.Haffner and Dr.Lloyd are the most caring dentists you will ever encounter. They strive to provide you with exceptional care and maximum comfort. They truly do care so passionately about each of their patients’ well being. My children loved going there! What child doesn’t mind seeing the dentist?! That’s how comfortable and welcoming they made my children feel. I have serious dental issues and both doctors helped me find innovative ways to manage my dental issues. I can’t thank them enough!! Their referrals to other partners in the community truly reflects their passion to provide the best care possible to their patients. The front desk staff is equally as nice and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and the most pleasant attitudes. Billing is never an issue. It’s always carefully reviewed and accurately discussed with you. You really will experience the best in dental care if you choose Dr.Haffner and Dr. Lloyd.

I got my wisdom tooth pulled here, I was so scared I was shaking and crying when I got there. The whole staff was so caring and nice. This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The doctor told me step by step of what she was doing. I felt zero pain, the procedure went perfect. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve always hated the dentist. This is the first time I don’t dread going!! From Jesse and Lisa at the front desk, to Rachel, Melissa and Dr. Lloyd. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’m welcomed with my name as soon as I walk in and they’ve been super flexible anytime I want any add on service while I’m there. I’ve been there three times now and feel like I’ve been going there for years. I never thought I’d say I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning. If anyone hates the dentist, Lowcountry dentist will change that!

Wonderful staff! I grind my teeth pretty badly, needed a cracked tooth fixed. I had to have several visits and now wear a night guard. After some apprehension about wearing a night guard, The Dentist took the time to explain the benefits. The Dental Hygienist was reassuring and my night guard fits perfectly. My entire experience was pleasant. I’m proud for this to “my dental office.”

I needed an emergency filling while visiting my friends on my birthday weekend and the staff accommodated my needs flawlessly! Dr. Lloyd did a great painless job. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Horrible! Tried to make a new patient appointment and Michelle hung up on the phone on me. I put her on speaker phone and for a second she hung up. I let her know I was still here. I'm Done! I'm not going here. Very rude and arrogant!

Yesterday was my first visit at Lowcountry Dentistry. I was treated with the utmost respect by the receptionists. Rachel, the Dental Assistant was so compassionate and accommodating. Because Dr. Haffner was running a little behind schedule, Dr. Lloyd came into the room, introduced herself and offered to do my gum exam. She was soooo nice. Dr. Haffner made me feel like I was valued as a patient. The Dental Hygienist, Jessica was also very kind and gentle. What I saw in this office was true team work and a group of professionals who truly care about their patients.

The staff are so friendly and kind.. Dr Haffner and hygiene Iris were so kind.. I felt like a part of their family.. Best place ever.. God bless you all.. Thank you so much for everything...

Best Dental Experience. I had a crown on a Friday afternoon, by Saturday morning it was as if I had no work at all. My mouth wasn't sore and I was able to eat without any discomfort. Dr. Haffner is so gentle and professional. She stopped several times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for an awesome experience and a beautiful tooth.

This office is amazing. The staff is so incredibly nice and you can tell that everyone who you deal with there genuinely cares about you. The front desk staff are consistently some of the best around, and Dr. Haffner is the most genuine person and wants to make sure you are happy when you leave. I used to live in Summerville, but have since moved to James Island and I wouldn't even THINK of transferring somewhere closer. The drive is well worth it. Definitely recommend!
