I had 2 visits here thinking that switching to somewhere closer would be beneficial. Biggest problem was the front desk NOT running my appointments through my insurance. Both visits I had to call back at later dates and tell them that they did NOT run my insurance for each visit. Especially when you have to fill out insurance information before your visit, so they had it on had and in their system prior to me walking in the door. I also thought that it was really unprofessional having family members of the dentist walking around and visiting in the back when patients were being worked on. On my first visit a younger family member was in back that the dentist checked on a couple times during my visit. On the second appointment the dentist parents where in the back visiting and the dentist would yell/speak across the halls to talk to them while in my room. The dentist also had to leave the room to say goodbye to them when they left.
