The most friendly staff I have ever seen. I have had major anxiety and bad experiences at dentists in the past. The staff was very kind and understanding, they walked me through everything before they did it, and there wasn't any of that "I'm going to make this more painful because you're making it difficult for me" vibe. 10/10 will be going again and sticking with them. They are professional and aren't afraid to actually talk to you about options without pushing you towards the most costly one. I can't believe I'm saying this, but im looking forward to my next time back.

Pleasant is not a word I ever thought I would find myself using to describe a dental experience, but here we are. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, from the receptionist to the hygienists to the doctor. The initial exam is very thorough and they take the time to explain everything that they are doing. They answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that works with my insurance and my budget. Holly is one of the most delightful people you will ever meet. I was pretty anxious at first, having had a terrible experience at my former dentist, and she was so understanding of this. She was so kind and reassuring and throughout my procedure continuously checked in to make sure I was doing okay. As a new patient I could not be happier and would recommend this office to anyone.

Such kind and informative staff! From the initial setting up of the appointment to my actually sitting in the chair with them working in my mouth! They were gentle, let me know what they were doing so I could learn a bit and understand more, on top of it all there was no stress or anxiety about the situation. Not a real fan of the Dentist office or dental work. I went in wanting sedation. I had a HORRIBLE experience the last crown I had. After visiting with staff and Dr. I decided to try without sedation. They took great care with numbing the injection area. Not going to say I didn't feel anything but it was so much better then the last one I received. I was told what they were doing through the whole process. With the equipment they have it went very well. I would encourage you to get dental treatment on a regular basis. That being said not all dentist are as kind and gentle as the team at Dakota Family Dental.
