Embrace Dentistry (Black Hills)

Very friendly staff! I'm a new patient. They got me in right away for a filling because my tooth had broken. The filling went quickly and everyone was very conscious of my fear of the dentist. They even ask in new patient paperwork your level of fear of the dentist. They were kind and did not make me feel bad about having a broken tooth.

I am very displeased with the customer service at this location. One more than one occasion I have been treated rudely, disrespected, and even lied to by staff. Additionally, the DDS had very terrible bedside manner and didn't seem to like their job at all. As an aside, I was treated by the same dentist for 12+ years which went beyond "basic" customer service and took the time to learn my name, greet me when I entered the building, and provided amenities that when requested at this location were laughed at by staff (seriously) Backstory-I requested a blanket during the cleaning. I decided to give this location one more chance and upon entering was completely ignored. Really?! My husband and I will take our business elsewhere.

We started going to Embrace Dentistry at the beginning of 2022, this includes myself, and my two kiddos. I was calling because I had scheduled with another dental office and they couldn’t even get me in the door because they where super disorganized. I made a call to Embrace, left a message, they got back to me within the hour and turned my stressful situation into a stress free one. The front office staff is one of a kind and super personal. I genuinely care about those ladies, they work their butts off! Now to the incredible Dr. Lisa Anderson, she is probably tired of seeing me by now, but good lord she is GIFTED. She did just about everything when it came to my teeth. She is the absolute best dentist I’ve experience, she’s super knowledgeable, kind hearted, and just damn good at what she does. You can tell this is something she genuinely enjoys(I’m happy she does). She’s quick, careful and precise; definitely hard to find someone like her. I’m here to say, she’s entirely worth the wait and I’m happy to see the great reviews for this dental office, it’s completely valid in every way. Coming from Houston, TX, the medical district of the world; even they cannot compete with this dental office. Im so happy the other place made a mistake that resulted in my magical experience here at Embrace Dentistry. Y’all are truly the best! 💜

They told me I have to get multiple filings and when I shared my concerns they didn’t care at all, I let two different Dentist check my teeth after that and they told me I don’t need any fillings! Unfortunately I felt like they just wanted to get money out of it and didn’t care about me.

Today was my first visit. From the moment I stepped in, to getting in the chair, to leaving, I was treated with nothing but kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They listened to my concerns, walked me through everything they were doing, and we discussed a dental plan that’s going to help get my smile back. They also marked in my file my chosen name and correct pronouns. I’ve never experienced this with any other dentist. As long as they’re around, they have my business.

Gotta get this off my chest. Been here twice now, vibe seemed very low both times. Maybe its just me. Ill still give 5 stars because I am not a bitter person. Maybe the third visit will be the charm.

By far the best dentist office I have visited. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was completely comfortable through the full appointment. After having bad experiences in the past it was definitely refreshing.

From my first appointment, Angie has been wonderful. She has made me feel welcome since day one and is the reason I continued to return. She is an asset to Embrace Dentistry. You don't see great service a lot anymore, so she should be appreciated! Dr. Lisa is great as well. She has been great at explaining procedures, dental plans...etc. I have dealt with some people that are far less than helpful but Angie has always come through if I wasn't able to get my questions answered.

Just talked to a receptionist about going a different route other then implants, dentures and was given a run around like she wasn't even listening to what I was saying and kept talking about implants!!!!! Wow seriously listen and think b4 you speak. Thanks for pushing someone that needs help away!!!!

Its a nice family Dental Office, We would Recommend the staff to all who needs a good Dentist and good results of going, We give it 5 stars...Great Doctors also...they have a great Covid free plan in place for all there patience and I fill very comfortable for going there, again nice place...

Had my teeth cleaned, my mouth hasn't bleed that badly since the accident I had on a bicycle years ago. Super sore gums, she scraped/stabbed my gums many times and when it came time to do the flossing, rather than do this gently, she pulled the floss across the gums. Not a happy camper

I chose All About Smiles based on insurance provider recommendations, and I’m glad I did! My first appointment was so pleasant, my hygienist was GREAT......such a wonderful first impression! I have already set up my next appointment and am confident in their ability to move forward with me in my “long overdue”dental journey!

A very Professional feel and good feeling as you are greeted and walked through the process. My doctor was very open to my my concerns and between the 2 of us we worked out a plan. I was a little skeptic in the beginning but now feel very comfortable with the staff. I've recently retired and am learning how everything works being on Medicare and not being able to use my previous dentist. All in all I would not hesitate recommending All About Smiles to anyone.
