From the moment I walked into the front door my fear went away sbout my abscess . It was a holiday weekend and I could not find a dentist anywhere. This team received me with open arms. My tooth got remedied and I finally felt human again. Special thanks to the most incredible sweet customer service oriented team members. Dr. DeJong, Lorelee and the one at the front door who helped calm me Cathy. They were even wonderful to my friends that drove me all the way from Custar. I am from Annapolis Md and was at the end of a 3 month RV trip out west. I got the abscess the first month in so you can see why this meant so much to me. I went to Dr. Stotz for a second opinion (as recommended by a co-worker of mine), he and his staff were professional and very very helpful. They treated me with respect despite my young age and never pushed any extra services on me. They saved me from getting unnecessary fillings (suggested by another dentist) with their second opinion saving me hundreds. Would highly recommend these professionals to anyone who is in the Rapid City area who is looking for a long term dentist!
