I was told over the phone that without ins my husband could be seen to have his cracked tooth fixed for $140. They charged him that amount, took an X-ray he didn’t need and he still left with the broken tooth! They had called neighborhood dental who sent his X-rays, plus they have advertised everywhere your first set of X-rays are free. Apparently not! So when he returned home I called around and got him in somewhere that fixed it that same day and didn’t charge him $400+ the do so! This place is a rip off! When I called back and asked to talk to the office manager the woman that answered said she was and her name was Clarissa. I went over my conversation with the representative I spoke with the day before and she was quite rude about it. I tried to call back multiple times throughout the day to cancel my husbands appt he had for tomorrow morning and everytime it would go to voicemail. I left 2 messages but we didn’t want our credit card charged for a missed appt so I wanted to speak with someone. I finally called again but chose different options and Lo and behold Clarissa answered. It’s like they were dodging my phone calls all day! Rude and unprofessional! I would never recommend Aspen Dental Ever! I wish I didn’t even have to give it 1 star. Worst experience ever.

I came in for a cavity and dentist and tech were amazing and funny.. I have been coming to Aspen Dental for years living all over the country. and I would say by far this location. The tech Jessica was amazing and funny. Hung out and talked while waiting for Novocain to kick in. Highly recommend 41st street location

Drove up from Texas to work for a couple of months with my company and was in need of a dental check up. Larissa was very attentive and helpful when I walked in. Jessica was very kind and tried her best to keep me calm and very informative. Katie was one for the sweetest hygienist I have ever met. She explained things in detailed and went out her way to help me understand insurance coverages and procedures. Definitely a great experience!

Absolutely saved the day for me! Everyone from the receptionist that checked me in,the office girls in x-ray to the Doc and his assistant!! I had a bad tooth the 2 other Dentist advised going to an oral surgeon, After x-ray and exam fees! Aspen Dental had me in and the tooth in about an hour, with the local antistatic it was painless! Uncomfortable at times. But considering how felt when I came, And how I feel today, so glad I stopped there.

Might be fine if you can actually get in. After they made me reschedule twice because online calendar doesn’t actually match what they really do and then they just randomly decided not to work the day of my appointment, I decided I’m done with them. Not a great first impression.
