We had a bit of a dental emergency when my 1 year old son got a new tooth loose. I of course called my best friend Haley who happens to work at East Ridge! They saw me the very next day and everyone was so amazing . The office is very nice and everyone who helped me was so good. We were able to save his little tooth and now it’s good as new! Good morning. 15 of june I visited your clinic for the regular teeth cleaning. I do that procedure on a regular basis and I used to do that in a different countries including usa, but this time from the first toll last second I was super disappointed. The lady who did that to me seemed unprofessional to me and I had a feeling that she even didn’t know what she was doing. She has never asked me how I feel and is it painful. She was trying to rush the process and I had to ask her to use the water machine for cleaning one more time , because first time she did that quickly and it even didn’t last 2 minutes. All the time I had a feeling that she was trying to get rid of me. I left the clinic with a feeling that my teeth are not clean enough. I was scared to tell her this because she would roll her eyes and say that my teeth are okay. I feel that I need to do cleaning one more time but my insurance won’t pay for this anymore. What shall I do in this case?
